An interspinous process spacer for implantation in an interspinous space between a superior spinous process and an inferior spinous process includes a balloon-like body, a first deployable protrusion and a second deployable protrusion. The body has a distal end, a proximal end and a longitudinal axis extending between the proximal and distal ends. The spacer is arrangeable in an unexpanded configuration and an expanded configuration. The first deployable protrusion is mounted proximate the proximal end and the second deployable protrusion is mounted proximate the distal end. The first and second deployable protrusions are oriented generally parallel to the longitudinal axis in the unexpanded configuration and generally perpendicular to the longitudinal axis in the expanded configuration.

Minimally invasive interspinous process spacer implants and methods

The wheelchair comprises a seat back a module () movably coupled to a seat module (). Two lateral plates (') are secured to the seat back module () and pivotally mounted on the seat module (). Each of said plate is provided with a recess (&#x2032;) adapted to lodge an excenter member () comprising two parallel side faces () and being perforated by three holes (and), adapted to receive a spring release locking pins for locking the angle position of said seat back module. Due to the positioning of said three holes and the possibility of lodging the excenter member with either one of its two side faces (or) inside the recess (), five different locking angle positions of the seat back module are possible.

A front wheel support for a wheel chair, the front wheel support having a curved tube for attachment to a frame member of the wheel chair and a curved part. The curved part has a first portion with a curvature identical to the curvature of the curved tube, and a cross section allowing the first portion of the curved part to fit inside the curved tube. The curved part further has a second portion with a wheel fork seat for mounting a front wheel fork of the wheel chair.
