A battery module is provided having a cooling apparatus including at least one first line and at least one second line, wherein the first line and the second line conduct a fluid and absorb heat from cells of the battery module and transfer the heat to the fluid. The first line and the second line extend perpendicular to the cells of the battery module. The first line and the second line are arranged parallel to one another. A flow direction of the fluid in the first line is opposite a flow direction of the fluid in the second line.

Battery system and battery module

An energy store includes a plurality of electrical energy storage modules which are arranged in neighboring rows and a plurality of separate cooling elements each of which is in contact with at least one surface of an associated one of the plurality of electrical energy storage modules. A coolant or a refrigerant is flowable through the plurality of separate cooling elements where the plurality of separate cooling elements have a respective intake and a discharge. A coolant channel is disposed between the neighboring rows. The respective intake and the discharge of the plurality of separate cooling elements are each connected to the coolant channel via a respective coolant line and the coolant channel has a feed and a return which are adjacent to a hollow space that is disposed between the feed and the return.

A high-voltage accumulator includes at least one battery module which has at least two battery cells and a cooling module through which a coolant or refrigerant flows and which is provided for cooling the battery cells. The cooling module has a first fluid connection point for coolant or refrigerant. A first fluid channel is provided, which is fluidically connected to the first fluid connection point. The first fluid channel has a cross-section that deviates from a circular shape.

High-voltage accumulator

A battery module for a high-voltage battery of a motor vehicle includes a cell stack with a plurality of prismatic battery cells stacked along a stacking direction, two end pressure plates, which are arranged on ends of the cell stack that are opposite one another in the stacking direction, and a cooling plate with a coolant connection for feeding and/or discharging a coolant. The coolant connection is formed so as to project in a vertical direction oriented perpendicularly to the stacking direction. At least one intermediate pressure plate, which is arranged between two battery cells within the cell stack and which has at least one passage opening along the vertical direction, in which passage opening the coolant connection is arranged and is led in the direction of a top side of the cell stack fluidically couples with at least one coolant line of the high-voltage battery.

A high voltage accumulator has a first and second accumulator module, each having at least two electrical accumulator cells and a cooling module through which a coolant or refrigerant flows. The cooling modules of the two accumulator modules are designed identically, completely or at least in the region of the fluid connection points. A supply channel is fluidically connected to a first fluid connection point of the cooling module of the first accumulator module and to a second fluid connection point of the cooling module of the second accumulator module, and a discharge channel is fluidically connected to a second fluid connection point of the cooling module of the first accumulator module and to a first fluid connection point of the cooling module of the second accumulator module, such that coolant or refrigerant flows through the first cooling module in the opposite direction as the second cooling module.

High voltage accumulator

A cooling device for stored energy sources, in particular for motor vehicles, is provided. The cooling device includes: multiple separate cooling modules, through which coolant can flow, for absorbing heat from the stored energy source, each module having an inflow and an outflow; a common feed line, from which the inflows of the cooling modules branch off; and a common discharge line, into which the outflows of the cooling modules open.
