Magnetic field-inducing components () are arranged in the rotor body (). The rotor body () further has first and second end faces () facing away from one another. The rotor () also includes a cooling device () with a supply channel (), a drainage channel () and cooling channels () formed in the rotor body () between the rotor shaft receptacle opening () and the rotor sheath (). The cooling channels () are arranged adjacent to the magnetic field-inducing components (). A method for manufacturing a rotor having a cooling device also is provided.

A rotor device () for an electric machine () has a rotatably supported shaft () and a rotor hub () connected to the shaft () in a rotationally fixed manner. The shaft () has multiple radially outwardly facing shaft protrusions (), and the rotor hub () has multiple radially inwardly facing hub protrusions (). A shaft protrusion () and a respective hub protrusion () abut one another in a touching manner in the radial direction at least in sections. Cavities () are formed between the rotor hub () and the shaft (). The cavities () extend between adjacent shaft protrusions () and the hub protrusions () lying thereon. The cavities () are grouted with a material (). The material () forms form-fit elements () that block relative movement of the rotor hub () and the shaft () in a form-fit manner.

A method is provided for producing a winding () for an electric machine (). The winding () has conductor elements () and two conductor ends () of different conductor elements () are bonded electrically with one another at a bonding point (). The method includes arranging at least one material reservoir () on the conductor ends () to be bonded prior to generating the bonding point (). The method then includes generating the bonding point () by joining the conductor ends (). The method continues by melting the material reservoir () and distributing the molten material reservoir () at least over the bonding point (). Thus, an insulating structure () is provided after cooling the distributed material of the material reservoir (). The insulating structure () insulates the conductor ends () against their surroundings at least at the bonding point ().

An electric machine has a rotor and a stator defined by a stator laminated core (). The rotor and the stator are separated from one another by a can () for the cooling of the stator using a liquid coolant. The electric machine has a stator component () formed as a single piece and composed of the stator laminated core () and of a plastics workpiece () molded thereon. The plastics workpiece () is formed as the can ().

A laminated core () is provided for a stator or rotor of an electric machine. The laminated core () is formed from multiple laminations () that are stacked one on top of another in an axial direction () to form a lamination stack (). A through-opening () is formed in the lamination stack () and extends parallel to the axial direction (). A tie rod () of plastic is introduced, in particular injection molded, in the through-opening () to assemble the laminated core ().

A stator for an electrical machine has a stator core () with stator grooves (). Stator windings () are received in the stator grooves () of the stator core (). Groove insulators () are received in the stator grooves () of the stator core () such that the groove insulators () are arranged between the stator core () and the stator windings (). The groove insulators () are made of plastic, namely a first plastic that provides the isolation function of the groove insulator () and a second plastic and/or a third plastic that provides a function of the respective groove insulator () differing from the isolating function.
