A hollow-shaft arrangement for a motor vehicle includes an inner hollow shaft and an outer hollow shaft. An inner shaft shoulder of the outer hollow shaft is arranged behind the inner toothing in an axial direction as viewed from the inflow end of the inner hollow shaft, the inner diameter (D) of which shaft shoulder is smaller than a root-circle diameter (D) of the inner toothing, so that, when the hollow shafts rotate, the fluid exiting from the outflow end of the inner hollow shaft at least partially is backed up by the shaft shoulder in a tooth root region of the inner toothing and flows back in the direction of the inflow end of the inner hollow shaft within the splice toothing.

A method for producing a rotor includes providing lamella elements and arranging the lamella elements to form a lamella bundle where the lamella bundle has webs. End plates are arranged at respective end faces of the lamella bundle where the end plates axially support the lamella bundle. The lamella bundle is axially fixed or pretensioned by winding conductor material around the webs and a rotor shaft is arranged in the fixed or pretensioned lamella bundle.

A coil has a winding that is coated with an epoxy resin in at least some areas, wherein a ratio of a compressive strength of the epoxy resin to the tensile strength thereof at room temperature ranges between 2 and 5, the modulus of elasticity at room temperature is at least 5000 MPa, and at a glass transition temperature of the epoxy resin, the modulus of elasticity and the tensile strength have values amounting to at least 30% of the values at room temperature.

Coil and electrically excited synchronous machine

An electric machine has a stator, a rotor, and a slip ring module which is connected to a motor shaft of the electric machine. The slip ring module is equipped with at least one wire guiding channel, through which a respective contact wire is guided in order to electrically connect a rotor winding to a slip ring. A first section of the wire guiding channel runs from the slip ring in the axial direction parallel to the motor shaft. A second section of the wire guiding channel runs adjacently thereto radially outwards. An elastic seal element which surrounds the respective contact wire is arranged in or on the second section in order to seal the wire guiding channel to prevent a lubricant from entering the channel.

Electric machine and motor vehicle

A rotor for an electrical machine has at least one groove, the at least one groove includes a groove bottom and groove walls. A separating element is provided between the groove walls, and extends along the groove. The separating element is arranged on the groove bottom, at least in sections, such that groove chambers are formed along the groove.
