The present invention refers to an airborne system (') and in particular to an airborne power generation system (). The airborne power generation system () comprises an airborne unit () configured (i) as an aerial vehicle (&#x2032;), in particular as a kite or a multicopter, and (ii) to harvest and convert wind power into electrical power, a ground unit () configured to send and/or receive electrical power to and from the airborne unit (), respectively, and a coupling and tether unit () for mechanically and electrically coupling the airborne unit () to the ground unit () and configured to transmit electrical power between the airborne unit () and the ground unit (). The airborne unit () comprises a plurality of motor/generator units () each of which having a wind harvesting/propelling rotor () mechanically coupled thereto and groups () of motor/generator units () and their assigned electrical transmission paths are electrically and/or galvanically uncoupled, insulated, isolated and/or separated with respect to each other at least in the airborne unit () and the coupling and tether unit ().

Airborne system and airborne power generation system and method

A circuit array includes a plurality cells, wherein each cell has at least one group of odd fins. The cells may be arranged in a repeating pattern that includes mirror images of the pattern. A plurality of fin forming regions are provided about which the fins are formed for the dual fin and single fin transistors.

MuGFET array layout

A circuit includes a plurality of first MuGFET devices supported by a substrate and having a first performance level. A plurality of second MuGFET devices is supported by the substrate and have a second performance level. The first and second devices in one embodiment are arranged in separate areas that facilitate different processing of the first and second devices to tailor their performance characteristics. In one embodiment, the circuit is an SRAM having pull down transistors with higher performance.
