A two-component polyurethane compositions including (i) a polyol component A comprising a tri- or higher functional polyol P1 having an OH equivalent weight of from 60 g/mol to 250 g/mol and a di- or tri-functional polyether or polyester polyol P2 which is different from the polyol P1; and (ii) an isocyanate component B comprising at least one polyisocyanate I. Polyurethane compositions have surprisingly been found to be suitable for 3D printing processing, where they provide printed 3D objects with reduced tackiness even shortly after the printing. In addition, the invention provides processes for the production of three dimension objects form such compositions as well as three dimensional objects prepared accordingly and the use of corresponding compositions in 3D printing processes.

Two-component polyurethane composition for the production of large scale models and tools by 3D printing

A two-component epoxy resin composition, made of: a resin component including: at least one epoxy resin that contains on average more than one epoxy group per molecule; up to 25 wt.-% of at least one epoxy-functional reactive diluent having one or two epoxy groups per molecule; and a hardener component including: between 40 and 80 wt.-% of at least one amino-functional hardener of formula (I), wherein n is an integer with a value of 2 or 3, Ris a linear, cyclic or branched alkyl residue that optionally contains ether oxygen atoms and Ris a methyl or ethyl group; between 10 and 30 wt.-% of at least one Lewis base having at least one tertiary amino group, amidine group, or guanidine group; and between 10 and 30 wt.-% of at least one carboxylic acid.

Latent epoxy-amine composition for CIPP application

A method applying a two-component polyurethane composition by means of 3D printing, including steps providing pumpable first component A including at least one polyol having OH functionality in range from 1.5-4 and average molecular weight Mn in range from 250 to 15 000 g/mol, and at least one diol having two hydroxyl groups joined via a C2-C9 carbon chain, and at least one compound T having at least one thiol group; feeding pumpable second component B into continuous mixer's mixing region, where second component B includes at least one polyisocyanate; wherein one of components A and B additionally includes at least one metal catalyst for reaction of hydroxyl groups and isocyanate groups that is able to form thio complexes, and molar ratio of all thiol groups in at least one compound T to all metal atoms in at least one metal catalyst K is between 1:1 and 250:1.
