Embodiments of a system and method for displaying a user interface for controlling multiple devices are generally described herein. A method may include displaying a user interface, the user interface including reserve amounts for a plurality of Self-Service Terminals (SSTs) and a Teller Cash Recycler (TCR), and determining a device to complete a transaction from the plurality of SSTs and the TCR. The method may include, in response to determining the device is the TCR, instructing the TCR to complete the transaction, and in response to determining the device is a SST from the plurality of SSTs, instructing the SST to complete the transaction.

User interface for controlling multiple devices

An assisted service terminal is described. The terminal comprises a currency dispenser; and an operator computer coupled to the currency dispenser. The operator computer includes: (i) an agent arranged to communicate status information to a remote management system, and (ii) a dashboard application. The dashboard application is arranged to (a) receive status messages from the currency dispenser indicative of a fault in the currency dispenser, (b) present the received status messages to an operator, and (c) notify the agent to issue a request to create an incident on the remote management system in response to the operator indicating that the fault cannot be resolved without a visit from a service engineer.

Assisted service terminal

A self service terminal comprises a keyboard including a plurality of separate, individually operable keys having user engageable surfaces. Each key includes a display having an image thereon which is produced by electronic ink. The terminal further comprises a central processing unit (CPU) connected to the keyboard and arranged to control each display to control the image displayed by each respective display.
