An electrical actuator comprising a housing of plastic with a reversible low voltage motor (), electrical equipment for controlling and supplying the motor with power, where the electrical equipment () is enclosed in an enclosure () of fire resistant material. By this the housing () can be designed according to strength, hygiene and sealing, while fire prevention as a result of defect in the electrical equipment can be limited to the separate enclosure.

A linear actuator includes a reversible electric motor which drives a spindle via a reduction gear with several stages and an activation element connected with it, and an overload clutch in connection with the first stage or one of the first stages in the reduction gear. This is advantageous in terms of structure and load and greater flexibility is achieved in the construction of the structure.

Linear actuator

An electrical operating panel, in particular for height-adjustable tables equipped with actuators or lifting columns driven by an electric motor. The panel has a first part () intended for fixed mounting of the panel and a second part () with operating keys () for activating electrical switches. The two parts are hinged together, and the hinge is formed with a rotary shaft () on the no part and a bearing with a cylindrical face () on the other part and formed with interengaging projections () and depressions () such that the second part may assume various angular positions relative to the first part, the force between projections and depressions bearing greater than the necessary operative pressure on the operating keys, but smaller than the force necessary to manually move the second part between the various angular positions. The panel is of simple structure and easy to mount and use. The users may easily set the keyboard part in the desired angular position. Furthermore, the panel yields so that it is not damaged in case of collision with an object.

A rotary actuator, in particular for adjustable articles of furniture, including beds or mattress supports, for incorporation in a structure for adjustment of an element in it, e.g. adjustment of a backrest section and/or leg-rest section in a bed or mattress support, said actuator comprising an electric motor ( ) which is connected by a drive shaft with a transmission ( ), which is in turn connected by a power take-off with a planetary gear having a sun wheel ( ) connected with the power take-off of the transmission, first and second internally toothed outer rings ( ) which are rigidly interconnected and have the same toothing, an internally toothed intermediate ring ( ) positioned between the first and second outer rings so that it can rotate about its axis relative to the outer rings, a plurality of planet wheels ( ) in engagement with the two outer rings and the intermediate ring and the sun wheel, and wherein the intermediate ring has a mounting bracket ( ) for connection with one part of the structure, and wherein the outer rings or their rigid connection has a mounting bracket ( ) for connection with the other part of the structure. A strong and comparatively noiseless as well as relatively inexpensive rotary actuator may be provided hereby. It may be constructed with a jamming protection arrangement and emergency lowering function.

The invention relates to a thermal servomotor which includes two operating elements which act oppositely on an actuating bridge. The operating elements are thermally insulated from each other and each has a temperature-dependent filling and a separate heating element for differently thermally influencing the two fillings.

Thermostatic servo-motor, particularly for valves

The invention relates to a thermal servomotor which includes two operating elements particularly bellows boxes, which act oppositely on a valve actuating bridge. Each operating element has a temperature-dependent filling. Each operating element is connected to a relatively small container having a volume on the order of 0.2 cm.sup.3 by a capillary passage which has the effect of partially thermally insulating each operating element from the associated container. Each container contains the medium of the filling that determines the pressure and separate heating apparatus is associated with each of the two containers.
