The present invention provides a vehicle motion detecting apparatus that can satisfy a required detection accuracy with a simple architecture and at a low cost, and also maintain reliability of an applied external apparatus. The vehicle motion detecting apparatusof the present invention has a motion detecting sectionthat detects a motion of a vehicle and a malfunction detecting sectionthat detects a malfunction of the motion detecting section, and is characterized in that the motion detecting sectionis a 6-axis inertial sensor as the first multi-axis inertial sensor that is capable of detecting accelerations in directions of three axes and angular velocities about three axes.

Vehicle motion detecting apparatus

To reduce the size of a radio communication module installed in a vehicle by simplifying the structure thereof. A radio communication moduleincludes a boardon which electronic componentsfor radio communication are mounted and a housingaccommodating the boardand is installed in the vehicle. The boardhas a holeinto which a pinstanding in the housingis inserted to fix the boardin the housingby inserting the pinto the hole. The pinfunctions as an antenna for transmitting and receiving a signal in the radio communication.

Radio communication module

A pumping unit having a pump chamber with a rotor mounted in a rotatable manner within the chamber. The pumping chamber is formed by a circumferential wall and two end walls. The circumferential wall is formed on an annular collar of a pump part and has on its inner surface a track on which sealing bodies of a rotor roll. To avoid deformation of the pump part by hydraulic forces or by pressing-in forces, ribs are arranged on the outer surface of the circumferential wall which extend away from the pump chamber. A shoulder is arranged on the side of the end wall which is directed away from the pump chamber. The shoulder is connected by a press fit to the pump housing and has thin walls so that pressing forces do not result in any deformation to the end wall of the pump chamber.

Pumping unit with reinforcing ribs

A roller cell pump having a shaped sliding surface composed of elliptical portions results from two different equations. The function of the unit is improved because the equations are modified and include adaptable parameters, so that by adaptation of the parameters, the shaped sliding surface can be adapted in portions optimally to the requisite function in that particular region of the shaped sliding surface, for instance the function of generating an underpressure or an overpressure. The course of the radii of the elliptical portions corresponds, at least in portions, to one of two equations that differ from the prior art.

Unit for delivering fuel to an internal combustion engine

A fuel injector for the direct injection of fuel into the combustion chamber of an internal combustion engine encompasses a piezoelectric or magnetostrictive actuator, a valve needle actuable by the actuator, the valve needle cooperating with a valve-closure member to form a sealing seat together with a valve-seat member, and a restoring spring by which the valve needle is acted on in a closing direction. The valve needle is pressure-equalized in that the force exerted by the fuel pressure on the valve needle in the opening direction is approximately equal to the force exerted by the fuel pressure on the valve needle in the closing direction.

Fuel injection valve

A fuel injector, in particular a fuel injector for fuel-injection systems of internal combustion engines, includes a first magnetic coil cooperating with a first armature, a second magnetic coil cooperating with a second armature, and a valve needle which is in force-locking connection with the first armature via a first flange and to the second armature via a second flange, to actuate a valve-closure member. A restoring spring acts upon the valve needle in a closing direction of the fuel injector. A first positioning spring, situated between the first flange and the first armature, acts upon the first armature in the closing direction of the fuel injector, while a second positioning spring, situated between the second flange and the second armature, acts upon the second armature in an opening direction of the fuel injector.

A fuel injector, e.g., an injector for fuel injection devices in internal combustion engines, has a valve needle with a valve-closure member which cooperates with a valve seat surface in a valve seat body to form a sealing seat, in which the valve seat body has a plurality of injection orifices that are isolated from the fuel supply by sealing seat. The valve-closure member has a pressure element in a recess facing the valve seat body, which is pre-tensioned against the valve seat body by a spring which is supported on the valve-closure member and presses a disc spring against the valve seat body, in such manner that the disc spring covers at least one of the injection orifices, and the spring element uncovers this injection orifice when the tension exerted by the pressure element is removed.

A fuel injector for fuel injection system of an internal combustion engine includes a solenoid coil, an armature acted upon in a closing direction by a return spring, and a valve-closure member frictionally connected to the armature. The valve-closure member, together with a valve-seat surface, forms a sealing seat, the armature striking with an armature stop face against a magnetic-pole surface of a magnet body. The armature stop face includes a first annular, inner edge zone that adjoins an inner edge and is inclined inwardly with respect to a plane perpendicular to longitudinal axis of the armature, and has a second annular, outside edge zone that adjoins an outer edge and is inclined outwardly with respect to a plane perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the armature.

Fuel injector

An apparatus for direct gasoline injection in a piston engine, which has a hydraulic valve control system with hydraulically actuated gas exchange valves. The direct gasoline injection is associated with the hydraulic valve control system via a pressure booster for two different pressure media, which is acted upon by hydraulic oil from a high-pressure hydraulic oil reservoir of the hydraulic valve control system and which subjects a high-pressure fuel reservoir to high pressure; injection valves for direct gasoline injection in the piston engine are connected to the high-pressure fuel reservoir.
