An agricultural vehicle transmission may comprise a housing comprising a bulkhead where the bulkhead may divide the housing into a sump and a reservoir. The bulkhead may comprise an opening configured to fluidly couple the sump and the reservoir. A plurality of transmission gears may be disposed in the reservoir of the housing. The opening in the bulkhead may balance the vehicle transmission system to remove excess oil in the sump and away from the plurality of transmission gears.

Pressurized aeration prevention reservoir

A multi-coupler assembly for a work vehicle includes a first bank of fluid connectors, a second bank of fluid connectors configured to matingly engage the first bank of fluid connectors along a coupling axis, and a coupler mechanism coupled to the first bank of fluid connectors. The coupler mechanism is controllable to bring the second fluid connector bank into mating engagement with the first fluid connector bank. A breakaway feature is integrated into the coupler mechanism. The breakaway feature facilitates controlled disengagement of the first fluid connector bank from the second fluid connector bank along the coupling axis during a breakaway event, such as when an implement inadvertently detaches from the work vehicle. The breakaway feature may permit controlled disengagement of the first and second fluid connector banks without requiring movement of the coupler mechanism.

A fuel injector assembly includes a housing having a plurality of injector bores, a plurality of fuel feed bore, each intersecting a corresponding one of the injector bores, and a common return passage which communicates all the fuel feed bores with a fuel reservoir. A fuel injector is mounted in each of the injector bores. Each injector has a return fuel port which communicates return fuel to an exterior of the injector. A fuel feed member is mounted in each of the fuel feed bores. Each fuel feed member has a fuel feed passage which communicates pressurized fuel to a corresponding one of the injectors. An outer surface of each fuel feed member and a wall of each fuel feed bore forms a return chamber which is communicated with a corresponding return fuel port and which is communicated with the common return passage.

Fuel injector assembly

A cylinder head for an engine having a two-plane water jacket in which a lower chamber at one plane through the head cools the fire deck of each cylinder and a cross-flow passage for the coolant is spaced above the lower chambers in a second plane through the head directs coolant to an outlet. The two planes of the water jacket are connected by an annular passage surrounding the injector nozzle sleeve and has machined surfaces whereby the size of the flow channel and thus the coolant flow between the two planes is better controlled to enable more even cooling of the fire deck resulting in less variability in fire deck temperature from one cylinder to one another. The lower chambers cooling the fire deck are separate for each cylinder to prevent heated coolant from one cylinder flowing to the next cylinder fire deck.
