This disclosure describes high voltage electrical connector assemblies for connecting components of electrified vehicles or components of any other type of power connection/power transfer system. Exemplary high voltage electrical connector assemblies include blocking devices adapted for blocking disconnection from a mating connector without first using a separate tool to remove the blocking device.

Electrical connectors with disconnection blocking features

A vehicle cup holder assembly having a cup holder defining an interior volume and a cup holder base having a depth relative to a top surface of the cup holder. A spring may be positioned between a bottom edge of the cup holder base and a console bottom surface. The cup holder assembly may have a user interface. The cup holder assembly may also have a side member of the cup holder base positioned in a side space. The depth of the cup holder base may be adjusted by a mechanism controlled by the user interface.

Adjustable cup holder base height

An exemplary fastening assembly includes a washer having a washer bore to receive a shank of a fastener, and a gasket secured about a radially outer perimeter of the washer. The gasket has an opening that is larger than a head of the fastener such that the gasket is radially spaced from the fastener when the shank is received within the washer bore. An exemplary fastening method includes pulling a gasket of a fastening device against a first component when securing the first component to a second component without clamping the gasket.
