An eccentric drivefor a portable power toolhas a motor, an eccentric wheel, a linear guide, a slideand a connecting rod, which has a headsuspended on the slideand a second headsuspended on the eccentric wheel. A bearing bushfor the rotatable mounting of the connecting rodis provided at least on one of the two heads. The headis composed of an injection molding material. The bearing bushis composed of a fiber composite material, which includes continuous carbon fibersembedded in a thermoplastic matrix.

Eccentric drive for a portable power tool

A machine tool includes a tool holder and a pneumatic striking mechanism that includes, on a working axis, an exciter piston, a beater, and a pneumatic chamber disposed between the exciter piston and the beater. The exciter piston is drivable by the motor and includes a pot-shaped base body, a seal ring, and a tube-shaped cladding body. The pot-shaped base body has a lateral wall enclosing the working axis and a collar which protrudes in a radial direction. The tube-shaped cladding body is disposed on the pot-shaped base body surrounding the lateral wall. A groove is defined between the collar and the tube-shaped cladding body and the seal ring is disposed in the groove.

The torque coupling has a shaft, a hollow shaft and a plurality of levers. The bearings of the levers are non-rotatably connected to the shaft and the levers are spring-loaded so as to be pressed against the hollow shaft. The levers are bent from a steel strip.

A pneumatic striking mechanism includes a guide cylinder in which a freely moving piston and an exciter piston are arranged movably along a striking axis. The guide cylinder has a plastic. The striking mechanism includes a pneumatic chamber sealed off by the guide cylinder, by the freely moving piston and by the exciter piston, as well as a drive for periodically moving the exciter piston, as a result of which the freely moving piston is excited to execute a periodical movement between the striking surface and the exciter piston.
