The present invention provides a method of preparing a graphene-wrapped cobalt Prussian blue nano-crystalline composite material, and a method of preparing a working electrode using the same and an application thereof. The preparation method of the composite material includes: dispersing a ligand solution containing cobalt and a graphene oxide solution in an aqueous solution fully by stirring and ultrasonication, next, adding a cobalt metal salt solution and fully stirring, and then calcining the mixture in an inert atmosphere after centrifugation and lyophilization to obtain the above composite material. The preparation method of the present invention is simple in operation, low in energy consumption and low in material costs and the like. The composite material is obtained by uniformly and closely wrapping cobalt Prussian blue nano-crystals in graphene with excellent conductivity, thereby significantly improving electron transfer efficiency and active site utilization rate of the composite material.

A copper integrated electrode with a convertible oxidation state, a preparation method and an application method are provided. The preparation process is based on an electrochemically induced self-growth method. Copper foam is used as a precursor, soaked in a graphene oxide solution, dried, calcined at high temperature and annealed, and then treated with an alkali solution to obtain the copper integrated electrode with the convertible oxidation state. The working electrode prepared by the nano-catalytic material of the present invention has good denitrification performance in the environmental field, which can achieve nearly 100% nitrate removal rate, nearly 100% nitrogen selectivity and long-term stability. These properties are due to the prepared working electrode having an oxidizable copper (I, II/0, I), oxygen vacancy (O) and a one-dimensional nanowire structure. A method for assembling and synthesizing CuO particle-supported porous CuBTC includes the following steps of: 1) dissolving polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) in ethanol solution to obtain a PVP-ethanol solution; 2) dissolving copper salt in distilled water, and mixing with trimesic acid, salicylic acid, and the PVP-ethanol solution obtained in step 1) under stirring; and 3) conducting a hydrothermal reaction on the mixed solution obtained in step 2) at 120&#xb0; C. to obtain CuO particle-supported porous CuBTC. The new method introduces salicylic acid during the synthesis of CuBTC. The salicylic acid, as a ligand precursor, forms a porous CuBTC material through the unsaturated coordination of a ligand under the catalysis of Cu ion. The resulting porous CuBTC supported with ultrafine CuO nanoparticles can adsorb high-energy molecules and exhibit excellent crystallinity, porosity, and stability.

A zirconium-based metal-organic framework material UiO-66(Zr) and a rapid room-temperature preparation method and application thereof are provided. The preparation method includes: (1) mixing a zirconium source and an organic ligand uniformly, then placing in methanol and stirring at room temperature, centrifuging and then discarding a supernatant to obtain a transparent gel-like intermediate product; and (2) heating and drying the intermediate product to obtain UiO-66(Zr). Compared with the prior art, the present invention excludes the use of N,N-dimethylformamide and other toxic organic solvents that are necessary in the traditional solvothermal method, and only needs to stir in methanol at room temperature and dry to obtain UiO-66(Zr). The method has mild conditions and a high yield. Moreover, the product purity is extremely high, and the product activation step can be omitted. The product has good adsorption to fluoride ion in water, and can be applied to the adsorption treatment of fluorine-containing wastewater.
