A force sensing module includes a first transparent electrode, a second transparent electrode, and a light-transmitting force-sensitive composite layer. The light-transmitting force-sensitive composite layer includes at least one light-transmitting electrode layer and at least one functional spacer layer. The light-transmitting electrode layer has a first resistivity. The functional spacer layer has a second resistivity greater than the first resistivity. The light-transmitting electrode layer and the functional spacer layer are stacked between the first transparent electrode and the second transparent electrode. The light-transmitting force-sensitive composite layer has an optical transmittance greater than 85% and a haze less than 3%.

The touch panel having a non-display area and a display area includes a shielding layer disposed on a side of a substrate and defining the non-display area on the substrate; a sensing electrode layer disposed on the substrate at the same side as the shielding layer, wherein at least one portion of the sensing electrode layer is disposed on a surface of the substrate in the display area; a first protecting layer disposed in the display area and covering the sensing electrode layer; and a second protecting layer disposed in the non-display area and covering the shielding layer. By modifying the structure of the protecting layer, the height difference between the sensing electrode layer and the shielding layer may not cause the color difference due to the non-uniform protecting layer.

The protective layer covers at least the touch circuit structure and has a second lateral surface. The cover plate has an inner surface and a plate lateral surface adjoined to each other. The inner surface has a first portion and a second portion adjoined to each other. The light transmissive separating layer covers the first portion and has a peripheral zone and a central zone. The peripheral zone surrounds the central zone. The light transmissive separating layer has a light transmissive lateral surface distal to the central zone. The film is used for sensing touch signals, and the hydrophobic units are disposed in the film with intervals. The shading layer has a hollow part and wholly overlays the peripheral area. The signal transmission line is disposed on the shading layer and filled in the hollow part. The signal transmission line is electrically connected to the sensing electrode layer through the shading layer beneath the hollow part. In addition, a fabrication method of the touch device is also provided.
