A water lubrication screw type air compressor includes a compressor, an air-loop system and a water-loop system. The water-loop system includes a water supply device, a first water-loop unit and a second water-loop unit. The water supply device includes a first water-treatment device to modify the water quality and provide purified water. The first water-loop unit includes a second water-treatment device to modify water quality and reduce the corrosion of metal components. The second water-loop unit includes a water filter to remove the impurities in water and maintain the purity of cycling water. Therefore, the water-loop system in the present disclosure includes multiple water-treatment devices and filters to maintain the water quality. The purified water ensures better cooling, lubrication and air proofing when injected into the compressor.

Water lubrication twin-screw air compressing system

A rotary screw compressor includes a compressor assembly and a drive motor assembly. The compressor assembly includes a compressor housing, a first screw rotor and a second screw rotor installed in the compressor housing and engaged with each other. An end of the first screw rotor is an engaging end. The drive motor assembly includes a motor housing, a motor rotor, a motor stator and a centering bushing installed in the motor housing, and the motor stator installed on an outer side of the motor rotor and capable of driving the motor rotor to rotate, and the centering bushing is passed and connected to the inner circumference of the motor rotor and has an end sheathed on the engaging end, so that the motor rotor can drive the first screw rotor to rotate through the centering bushing and the engaging end.

Rotary screw compressor

A water lubrication air compression system disposes an lubricant heat dissipation system at a bearing chamber close to the high pressure end of the compressor for cooling and circulating lubricant due to the rise of temperature during operation of the compressor, hence enhancing the ability and stability of the compressor. On the other hand, a negative pressure system is connected to the air chambers between the oil lubrication and the water lubrication of the compressor in order to provide a negative pressure. If any leak of water vapor at the compressor chamber or oil vapor at the bearing chamber, the negative pressure system is able to produce a negative pressured condition toward the sealing structure so that the oil lubrication can be effectively isolated from the water lubrication and inter-contamination between the lubricant and water can be avoided.

Water lubrication air compression system

An oil-injected screw air compressor includes a first stage compression chamber, an air buffering chamber, a second stage compression chamber, an oil cooler, a plurality of sensors, and a controller. The air buffering chamber is coupled to the first stage compression chamber. The second stare compression chamber is coupled to the air buffering chamber. The oil cooler cools the lubricating oil for the first stage compression chamber, the air buffering chamber and the second stage compression chamber. The sensors are respectively located at outlets of the first stage compression chamber, the air buffering chamber and the second stage compression chamber. The controller respectively and dynamically controls flow rates of the lubricating oil entering into the first stare compression chamber, the air buffering chamber and the second stage compression chamber according to temperature and pressure data measured by the sensors.

Oil-injected screw air compressor

An air compression system includes an air compression device and a cooling structure. The air compression device includes a liquid-cooled motor and a compressor. The cooling includes a radiator, a cooler, a first liquid conveying tube, a second liquid conveying tube, a third liquid conveying tube, a fourth liquid conveying tube and a cooling liquid. The radiator interconnects the compressor for cooling a lubricating liquid in the compressor; the first liquid conveying tube interconnects the radiator and the cooler; the second liquid conveying tube interconnects the radiator and the cooler; the third liquid conveying tube interconnects the liquid-cooled motor and the cooler; the fourth liquid conveying tube interconnects the liquid-cooled motor and the cooler; and the cooling liquid is filled into the cooler, so as to reduce the space occupied by the cooling structure.
