A printing device and the ribbon mounting mechanism thereof are disclosed. The ribbon mounting mechanism is used for mounting a first ribbon comprising a first core and a second ribbon comprising a second core having a diameter smaller than that of the first core. The ribbon mounting mechanism includes a first shaft supporting the first core of the first ribbon; a second shaft supporting the second core of the second ribbon, wherein the second shaft and the first shaft are concentrically disposed; a torque generator comprising a third shaft; a first gear set connecting the first shaft and the third shaft, and torque generated by the torque generator is transmitted to the first shaft through the first gear set; and a second gear set connecting the second shaft and the third shaft, and torque generated by the torque generator is transmitted to the second shaft through the second gear set.

Printing device and ribbon installation mechanism thereof

A test tube preparation device uses a labeling device to include a linking module to link a positioning unit, and the positioning unit can be used to place a tube body and finely adjust a position of the tube body relative to the label generating module of the surface treating device to complete the label generation, label conveyance, tube labeling and tube delivery, and provide a preparation device for effectively integrating the label and applying to the tube body before and after the labeling of the tube body, so as to improve the quality of the generation of the tube body and the label. Further, the present invention further provides a test tube preparation method.

Device and method of test tube preparation

Printer head shuttles configured to control contact pressure of one or more printer head assemblies against a printing substrate and an underlying platen during a printer operation are shown and described. The printer head shuttles include a shuttle guide and a shuttle main body having one or more printer head assemblies. Each printer head assembly includes an axel attached to the shuttle main body, an assembly main body pivotably attached to the axel, a mounting plate attached to the assembly main body, a printer head attached to the mounting plate, and a drive mechanism for pivoting the head assembly between a substrate compressing position and a substrate non-compressing position.

Printer head shuttle and printer head assembly systems

An integrated structure of an inkjet head and an antenna includes a metal heat dissipation board, a flexible (or rigid) circuit board and an antenna module. The metal heat dissipation has an elongated printing ribbon. The flexible (or rigid) circuit board is mounted on the metal heat dissipation board, and has one end electrically connected with the printing ribbon and the other end having a plurality of parallel circuits mounted thereon and connected to external control circuits. The antenna module is directly mounted on and electrically connected with the flexible (or rigid) circuit board. Given the integrated structure, the antenna module is effectively mounted on the inkjet head to reduce the size of the structure and lower the cost thereof.

A power control circuit of a variable-frequency opto-interrupter for a printer has a plurality of impedances electrically connected with a receiving terminal of the opto-interrupter in parallel for multi-stage variable adjustment, an IR photodiode having stronger penetration and adopted to a transmitting terminal, and a variable frequency generator generating variable frequency signal and electrically connected with a negative pole pin of the IR photodiode through a switching transistor. Accordingly, the emitting intensity of the opto-interrupter is significantly enhanced so that various printing media are penetrated through by infrared beams and the emitting intensity is adjusted to adapt to acquire a broader dynamic range of the load of the receiving terminal.

Power control circuit of a variable-frequency opto-interrupter for a printer

A general winding and feeding apparatus includes a rotating shaft on the upper side of a standing wall of a base, and a motor is connected to the rotating shaft in the standing wall. A swing arm extends across a traveling material and is situated at a suitable position on the standing wall. Digital variable frequency methods may be used to drive the motor, which operates in conjunction with light-coupled sensors to detect the traveling speed of a material on the swing arm and sense a swing position of the swing arm. Feedback is generated in real-time to modify the speed of the motor, and the constant speed travel of the material can be achieved while being either wound or unwound.

General winding and feeding apparatus

An apparatus and a method for multichannel sequence transmission and control comprises a DMA generator, a bus interface, a data generator, a control unit, and a strobe signal generator. The DMA generator is coupled to the bus interface and the data generator to operate with the control unit and the strobe signal generator. A step of initial setting is an external microcontroller generates a TPH shift clock and a TPH latch signal needed by a print head. A step of transmitting data is the DMA generator transmits a printing data to the data generator for being buffered and moved to a latch register in the print head and then the strobe signal generator provides the signal period of the respective strobe signal and the time spacing between the respective strobe signal to allow a multiplexer outputting the actual strobe signals, which are combined from the virtual strobe signals, to the print head. A step of heating the print head is the print head prints the assigned data until the strobe signals ending.

Apparatus and method for multichannel sequence transmission and control

The present invention is to offer a label making machine and particularly related to a label making machine consisting of an outer housing, an inner base, a making device and a back cover, wherein the inner base is a rectangular housing body with one each indentation on the left and right sides thereof to contain a circuit board, a making device is disposed on the top of the inner base, and a small reel of label paper can be disposed inside the inner base, such a structural design can make the production modulization and test more convenient; and through opening the back cover pivotally installed on the back of the outer housing and assembling two support arms with the back cover, a larger label paper reel can be disposed on these support arms for proceeding with the required operating.
