An area selection-based document object model element inspector is described. A dragging input that defines a selection area of a digital content document having a plurality of elements is received via an area selection-based inspector tool. A set of elements of the plurality of elements that is positioned within the selection area is selected. Details of the selected set of elements are broadcast for display.

Digital content view control is described as leveraging a hierarchical structure of objects defined within the digital content to control how those objects are rendered in a user interface. In one example, a user input is received to display a view of objects within digital content displayed in a user interface. In response, a data query module is configured to fetch data describing a hierarchical structure of the digital content. From this, a z-order determination module determines a z-order of objects included with the digital content. An object view generation module is also configured to generate object views depicting the objects included in the digital content. The object views, once rendered, support an ability to view positioning of objects within the hierarchy.

A control bar for element activation is described. A design interface for editing digital content includes at least a first control bar and a second control bar. The first control bar is associated with a first element of the digital content and the second control bar is associated with a second element of the digital content that at least partially overlaps the first element in the digital content. The control bars are configured to remain visible and selectable in the design interface while editing the digital content. User input to select the first control bar or the second control bar is received, and the respective first element or second element associated with the selected control bar is activated responsive to the user input. The activating changes a visual appearance of both the selected control bar and the activated element and enables user interaction with the activated element.

Approaches in accordance with various embodiments provide for the processing of sparse matrices for mathematical and programmatic operations. In particular, various embodiments enforce sparsity constraints for performing sparse matrix multiply-add instruction (MMA) operations. Deep neural networks can exhibit significant sparsity in the data used in operations, both in the activations and weights. The computational load can be reduced by excluding zero-valued data elements. A sparsity constraint is applied across all submatrices of a sparse matrix, providing fine-grained structured sparsity that is evenly distributed across the matrix. The matrix may then be compressed since a minimum number of elements of the matrix are known to have zero value. Matrix operations are then performed using these matrices.

Managing data sparsity for neural networks

A filtering assembly that receives an inlet air includes a modulation panel subassembly, an air filter subassembly downstream of the modulation panel subassembly, wherein the air filter subassembly is configured to discharge the inlet air from the filtering assembly, and an arm subassembly configured to move the modulation panel subassembly and to move the air filter subassembly. The air filter subassembly moves into and out of a flow of the inlet air.
