Disclosed are a method for controlling a heating mode of an atomization assembly and a related device. The method includes: obtaining a first temperature at a first predetermined position of the atomization assembly via a first temperature collector; wherein the first predetermined position is a position of an outlet of the atomization assembly; obtaining a temperature difference between the first temperature and a second temperature via a controller; wherein the second temperature is a temperature at a second predetermined position of the atomization device; comparing the temperature difference with a predetermined temperature difference, and determining a heating state of an aerosol-forming substrate in the atomization assembly; wherein the heating mode comprises completed atomization and uncompleted atomization; and controlling the heating mode according to the heating state by changing the heating mode to a non-heating mode in response to the heating state being the completed atomization.

Method for controlling heating mode of atomization assembly and related device

The present disclosure discloses a controlling device and an electronic atomization device, the controlling device includes an atomizing output circuit, a protecting circuit and a controller. The atomizing output circuit is configured to be electrically connected with the atomizer and apply a voltage to the atomizer. The protecting circuit includes a temperature sensitive unit, and the temperature sensitive unit is configured to sense a temperature of the atomizer. The controller is electrically connected with the atomizing output circuit, and configured to control the atomizing output circuit. The protecting circuit is configured to control the atomizing output circuit according to the temperature of the atomizer sensed by the temperature sensitive unit. In response to the temperature of the atomizer is higher than a predetermined value, the protecting circuit makes the electrical connection between the atomizing output circuit and the atomizer being disconnected.

The electronic atomization device includes an atomizer, a power supply assembly and an elastic element, and the atomizer includes a first magnetic connector. A process for preparing lithium-nickel-manganese-cobalt composite oxide used as a positive electrode material for the lithium ion battery, comprising subjecting a mixture containing a lithium compound and nickel-manganese-cobalt hydroxide to a first-stage sintering and a second-stage sintering. The process includes adding a binder and/or binder solution after the first-stage sintering, and the mixture of the binder and/or binder solution and the product of first-stage sintering is sintered in the second-stage sintering. The tap density and volume specific capacity of the positive electrode material lithium-nickel-manganese-cobalt composite oxide prepared by the process, come up to 2.4 g/cmand 416.4 mAh/cm, respectively. Besides, the positive electrode material lithium-nickel-manganese-cobalt composite oxide prepared by the process possesses the advantages of high specific capacity and good cycle stability.

Process for preparing a positive electrode material for lithium ion battery

The present invention relates to additives for electrolytes of lithium ion secondary batteries that include one or more of the following: 1,3-propane sultone, succinic anhydride; ethenyl sulfonyl benzene, and halobenzene. It can also include biphenyl, cyclohexylbenzene; and vinylene carbonate. The weight of said 1,3-propane sultone is between 0.5 wt. % and 96.4 wt. %, said succinic anhydride is between 0.5 wt. % and 96.4 wt. %; said ethenyl sulfonyl benzene is between 0.5 wt. % and 95.2 wt. %; and said halobenzene is between 0.5 wt. % and 95.2 wt. % of the weight of the additive. Batteries with electrolytes containing said additives have improved over-charge characteristics and low temperature properties, and reduced gas generation during charging and discharging.

Electrolytes for lithium ion secondary batteries

Disclosed herewith are an additive mixture for the electrolyte of lithium ion secondary batteries and electrolyte of lithium ion secondary batteries comprising the said additive mixture. The additive mixture comprises biphenyl based compound 0.5-95.4 wt %, cyclohexyl benzene based compound 0.1-93.8 wt %, vinylene carbonate 0.4-93.2 wt %, t-alkyl benzene based compound 0.5-96.5 wt %, and phenyl vinyl sulfone 0.5-95.8% based on total weight of the additive mixture.

Additive mixture for electrolyte of lithium ion secondary battery and electrolyte of lithium ion secondary battery comprising the same

This invention relates to non-aqueous electrolytes, in particular, a non-aqueous electrolyte for lithium-ion secondary batteries. The electrolyte comprises regular organic solvents and electrolyte saline. The special characteristics are: the electrolyte also comprises mixed additives, said mixed additives comprising at least one of those of compound group A, at least one of those of compound group B, and one of those of compound group C wherein: compound group A are selected from inorganic saline including LiCO, LiSO, LiSO, LiNO; compound group B are selected from vinylene carbonate, propylene carbonate; and compound group C are selected from ES, PS, DMS, DES, DMSO. The weight ratio can be A:B:C=0.1%-3.0%:0.5%-4.0%:1.0%-5.0%.

Type of non-aqueous electrolyte

This invention discloses a type of mixed additives for electrolyte of lithium-ion secondary batteries, having the following characteristics: in weight percentage: biphenyl series: 0.5% to 95.4%; cyclohexylbenzene series: 1.1% to 93.8%; vinylene carbonate: 0.4% to 93.2%; phenyl vinyl sulfone: 0.5% to 96.5%; ethenyl sulfonyl benzene: 0.5% to 95.8%. This invention also discloses an electrolyte for lithium-ion secondary batteries comprising organic solvents and lithium saline, wherein the special characteristic is that it comprises 2% to 20% weight percentage of said mixed additives. The distinctive advantage of the mixed additives for lithium-ion secondary batteries of this invention is to effectively enhance the overcharging, low-temperature, and cycle properties of lithium-ion batteries. A lithium-ion battery having the mixed additives of this invention remains explosion-free, ignition-free and reliably safe when the lithium-ion secondary battery is overcharging. A battery of this invention's exemplary embodiment, when discharging at temperatures of &#x2212;10&#xb0; C. and &#x2212;20&#xb0; C., has high capacity, high medium voltage and low terminal inner resistance.
