A display panel and a manufacturing method thereof are provided. The display panel includes a substrate; a light-emitting functional layer disposed on the substrate; a thin-film encapsulation layer disposed on the substrate and the light-emitting functional layer and covering the light-emitting functional layer; a drying layer disposed on the substrate and disposed around the thin-film encapsulation layer; an encapsulation cover plate disposed on the drying layer and the thin-film encapsulation layer; a curing adhesive layer disposed between the substrate and the encapsulation cover plate and disposed around the drying layer, the curing adhesive layer configured to fix the substrate and the encapsulation cover plate, and a ring-shaped groove disposed around the drying layer and provided between the drying layer and the curing adhesive layer; and an encapsulant layer disposed in the ring-shaped groove.

Display panel and manufacturing method thereof

A display panel and a method of manufacturing the display panel are disclosed. A pixel definition layer and an organic light-emitting layer are fabricated on a substrate provided with a first auxiliary cathode layer and a second auxiliary cathode layer. A connecting hole is formed on the pixel definition layer corresponding to the second auxiliary cathode layer. A solvent is printed in the connecting hole to allow the organic light-emitting layer to be dissolved around the connecting hole to the pixel definition layer, so that the second auxiliary cathode layer is exposed. A cathode layer is connected in parallel with the second auxiliary cathode layer and the first auxiliary cathode layer through the connecting hole.

The present invention provides an organic light-emitting diode (OLED) device and a manufacturing of the OLED device. The OLED device includes a light-emitting layer, an insulating layer, an electron transport layer, and an electron injection layer. The insulating layer is arranged on one side of the light-emitting layer, and a through hole is in the insulating layer. The through hole is arranged corresponding to a middle portion of the light-emitting layer. The electron transport layer is in a lower portion of the through hole and attached to a surface of the light-emitting layer. The electron injection layer is in an upper portion of the through hole and attached to one side of the electron transport layer away from the light-emitting layer.

The present invention provides a display panel and a manufacturing method thereof. The display panel includes a glass substrate and a one-dimensional photonic crystal layer disposed on the glass substrate. The one-dimensional photonic crystal layer includes a plurality of crystal unit layers stacked upon each other. An aging test system includes a vacuum chamber provided with an aging device for aging a display panel; a lighting mechanism electrically connected to the display panel for lighting up the display panel; at least one spectrometer for detecting a color coordinate and a brightness of the display panel; at least one camera for detecting a dark spot defect of sub-pixels of the display panel. Accordingly, the present invention can save the inspection time, increase the inspection efficiency and save the inspection device in order to reduce the inspection cost.

The present disclosure also provides a display apparatus, which includes a support frame and a panel disposed in the support frame, and also includes the heat radiation structure for the organic light-emitting device, wherein the heat radiation plate is disposed in the support frame and opposite to the panel, the thermal isolation layer is disposed on a side surface of the heat radiation plate away from the panel, the heat radiation plate forms a rear cover of the display apparatus, and a flexible circuit board of the panel is bent to a side surface of the thermal isolation layer away from the panel.
