A fan structure includes a fan frame having a base and a shaft barren vertically upward extended from the base; a motor stator enclosure having a top provided with a shaft hole and an open bottom correspondingly covering and connecting to a top of the base, such that the motor stator enclosure, the shaft barrel and the base together define a potting space among them; a potting opening selectively provided on the base or the motor stator enclosure to communicate with the potting space; a motor stator externally fitted around the shaft barrel and located in the potting space; and a potting compound filled in the potting space to cover the motor stator. With the above arrangements, the fan structure overcomes the problem in conventional inconvenient fan potting process to largely reduce production costs, production time, bad yield rate, and reworking.

Fan structure

A centrifugal-to-axial mixed flow blower includes a blower enclosure defining a blower chamber and a centrifugal impeller supported on an impeller seat to suspend in the blower chamber. The centrifugal impeller includes a plurality of blades and a radially outward declined flow passage defined between any two adjacent blades and communicable with the blower chamber. The blower chamber is communicable with a rectangular air outlet of a heat dissipation system via a frame passage of a flow guide frame connected to below the blower enclosure. Air stream centrifugally drawn in by the centrifugal impeller passes through the declined flow passages to radially outward and downward flow into the blower chamber and then passes through the frame passage to flow axially through the rectangular air outlet into the heat dissipation system, so as to realize the effects of reduced noise, changing centrifugal vortical flow into axial flow, and decreased flow loss.

Centrifugal-to-axial mixed flow blower and heat dissipation system using same

A waterproof connector includes an insulating housing integrally molded, a plurality of terminals, a fastening element and an outer shell. The insulating housing has a connecting end, and an assembling end connected with the connecting end. The insulating housing opens a penetrating groove penetrating through the connecting end and the assembling end. An insertion groove is opened in a rear end of the assembling end. The plurality of terminals are assembled in the penetrating groove. Each terminal has a main portion, a lying U-shaped soldering portion connected with one end of the main portion, and a lying U-shaped contact portion connected with the other end of the main portion. The fastening element includes an isolation part inserted into the insertion groove. The soldering portion of each terminal clamps a top surface and a bottom surface of the isolation part. The outer shell surrounds the insulating housing.

Waterproof connector

A series fan structure includes at least one first combining part and a series fan assembly, which has a first fan and a second fan mated with the first fan. The first fan has a first base and a lateral side, which together internally define a first passage. The first base is outwardly extended to form a plurality of a first supporting portions connected to the first lateral side. A first connecting space is defined among the first supporting portions and communicated with the first passage. The second fan has a second base and a lateral side, which together internally define a second passage, which is communicated with the first passage and the first connecting space. The first combining part is located in the first connecting space and connected to the first supporting portions and has a plurality of first holes communicated with the first and the second passage.

Series fan structure

A series fan structure includes a series fan assembly and an assembling member. The series fan assembly has a first fan and a second fan. The first and second fans are correspondingly serially connected with each other. The first fan has a first fan frame defining a first receiving space. The second fan has a second fan frame defining a second receiving space. The assembling member is disposed between the first and second fan frames. The assembling member is formed with multiple straight-through perforations in communication with the first and second receiving spaces. The series fan structure improves the vibration and noise problem of the conventional series fan structure and is able to increase airflow volume.

A laser-welded joint structure between insulation frame and bearing cup of fan includes a base having a bearing cup and a stator having at least one insulation frame. The insulation frame includes a sleeve portion defining a bore axially extending therethrough. The sleeve portion is provided on an inner wall surface with at least one pressing section that radially projects into the bore to press a lower side against an upper end of the bearing cup and a bearing received therein. A portion of at least one lateral side of each pressing section that is in contact with the upper end of the bearing cup is melted by laser beam to form a laser-welded joint, so that the insulation frame and the bearing cup are integrally connected together at reduced manufacturing cost and have increased structural strength. A method of forming the laser-welded joint structure is also disclosed.
