The disclosure provides a therapeutic method for preventing, ameliorating and/or treating Alzheimer's disease in a subject in need of such treatment. The therapeutic method comprises administrating to said subject a pharmaceutical combination comprising an effective amount of curcumin analog, TML-6 and an effective amount of an anti-A beta (A&#x3b2;) antibody.
