A coil module is provided, including a second coil mechanism. The second coil mechanism includes a third coil assembly and a second base corresponding to the third coil assembly. The second base has a positioning assembly corresponding to a first coil mechanism.

Coil module

A wireless transmission module for transmitting energy or signals includes a first magnetically conductive element, a first coil assembly and a first adhesive element. The first coil assembly and the first magnetically conductive element are arranged along a main axis. The first adhesive element is configured to be adhered to the first coil assembly and the first magnetic conductive element. The first adhesive element is disposed between the first coil assembly and the first magnetically conductive element.

Wireless transmission module

A wireless device is provided and includes a substrate, a first coil and a second coil. The first coil is configured to be wound around a first axis, and the first coil is disposed on the substrate and is configured to operate in a wireless charging mode. The second coil is disposed on the substrate and configured to operate in a wireless communication mode. The wires of the second coil partially overlap the wires of the first coil.

A magnetic conductive substrate is provided and is used for wireless charging or wireless communication. The magnetic conductive substrate includes a first magnetic conductive layer, a second magnetic conductive layer, and a third magnetic conductive layer. The first magnetic conductive layer has a first magnetic permeability, the second magnetic conductive layer has a second magnetic permeability, and the third magnetic conductive layer has a third magnetic permeability. The second magnetic conductive layer is disposed between the first magnetic conductive layer and the third magnetic conductive layer, the first magnetic permeability is different from the second magnetic permeability, and the second magnetic permeability is different from the third magnetic permeability.

Wireless device

A wireless device is provided and includes a coil assembly. The coil assembly includes a first coil, a second coil, a first contact, a second contact, and a third contact. The second coil is configured to be connected to the first coil in series. The first contact is configured to be connected to a first end of the first coil. The second contact is configured to be connected between the first coil and the second coil. The third contact is configured to be connected to a second end of the second coil. The first contact, the first coil and the second contact form a first circuit loop, and the first contact, the first coil, the second coil and the third contact form a second circuit loop.

A wireless device is provided and includes a first coil and at least one conductive assembly. The first coil includes a first metal wire and a second metal wire. The first metal wire is disposed on a first plane and has a first spiral structure. The second metal wire is disposed on a second plane and has a second spiral structure, and the second metal wire is electrically connected to the first metal wire. The conductive assembly has at least one metal connector. The conductive assembly is disposed on an innermost turn of the first spiral structure and an innermost turn of the second spiral structure.

A wireless device is provided, and the wireless device includes a first magnetic conductive plate, a second magnetic conductive plate and a coil assembly. The second magnetic conductive plate is disposed on the first magnetic conductive plate. The coil assembly is disposed on the second magnetic conductive plate. The coil assembly includes a starting end and a terminating end, and the coil assembly is wound around a winding axis to form a spiral structure. The terminating end is located outside of the spiral structure. The coil assembly includes at least three metal wires which are arranged parallel to each other along the second magnetic conductive plate and are connected to each other in parallel at the starting end and the terminating end.

A wireless charging device includes a transmitting-end ferrite core and a transmitting-end coil, wherein the transmitting-end ferrite core have a bottom plate and two upright plates for forming a U-shaped structure defining a charging space therein. One or more wireless power receiving apparatus is put in the charging space. The wireless power receiving apparatus includes a receiving-end coil and a receiving-end ferrite plate, wherein the receiving-end ferrite plate is vertical to the two upright plates. When electrical current flows through the transmitting-end coil to generate an electromagnetic field in the charging space, the electromagnetic field via the two upright plates goes through each of the receiving-end ferrite plates to form an electromagnetic loop. Each of the receiving-end coils generates a charging electrical current induced by the electromagnetic field. Therefore, the present invention can achieve wireless charging to more than one wireless power receiving apparatus at the same time.

Wireless charging device for charging a plurality of wireless power receiving apparatus and charging method thereof

A wireless charging coil PCB structure includes a first coil disposed on a first layer of PCB, where a center or peripheral of the first coil is a first non-coil region; a second coil disposed on a second layer of PCB, where a center or peripheral of the second coil is a second non-coil region; first conductive wires on the first non-coil region; and second conductive wires on the second non-coil region. Electric contacts are arranged between the first conductor and the second coil, and electrically connected in parallel to the first conductive wires and the portion of the second coil. Electric contacts are arranged between the second conductor and the first coil, and electrically connected in parallel to the second conductive wires and the portion of the first coil. The amount of charge is increased in the coil and resistance is reduced to overcome proximity effect.
