An integrated apparatus for chemical precipitation and rapid filtration of water samples. The invention relates to an apparatus for chemical precipitation and filtration of water samples. The integrated apparatus includes a reaction vessel, a lid of reaction vessel, a opening for reagent addition and gas leakage, an aerating tube, a support, a liquid phase remover, a solid phase collector, a control cover of the liquid phase remover, and a control cover of the solid phase collector.

Integrated apparatus for chemical precipitation and rapid filtration of water samples

An AlGaInP light-emitting diode includes from bottom up a substrate, a distributed Bragg reflector (DBR) reflecting layer, an N-type semiconductor layer, a quantum well light-emitting layer, a P-type semiconductor layer, a transient layer and a P-type current spreading layer. The DBR reflecting layer is multispectral-doping. The P-type semiconductor layer includes a first P-type semiconductor layer adjacent to the quantum well light-emitting layer and a second P-type semiconductor layer adjacent to the transient layer. A doping concentration of the second P-type semiconductor layer is lower than that of the first P-type semiconductor layer. By improving doping concentration of the multispectral DBR reflecting layer, current spreading can be improved, thus improving aging performance. A concentration difference is formed with the transient layer to balance doping of the transient layer; this avoids increasing non-radiation composition from high doping of the transient layer during long-time aging.

A vertical cavity surface emitting laser device includes a substrate, a first-type doped distributed Bragg reflector (DBR) disposed on the substrate, a first electrode disposed on the substrate, an active layer disposed on the first-type doped DBR, a second-type DBR disposed on the active layer, and a second electrode disposed on the second-type DBR. The second-type DBR defines a first doping concentration region, and a second doping concentration region disposed between the first doping concentration region and the active layer and that has a doping concentration less than that of the first doping concentration region. The second-type doped DBR has a confinement member formed in the first doping concentration region, and defining an aperture.

A nitride white-light LED includes: a substrate; an epitaxial layer; an N-type electrode and a P-type electrode; channels are formed on the substrate and the epitaxial layer; temperature isolation layers are formed with low thermal conductivity material thereon to form three independent temperature zones (Zones I/II/III) on a single chip; temperature control layers are formed with high thermal conductivity material on the side wall of the epitaxial layer and the back surface of the substrate at Zones I/II/III, and control temperature of the epitaxial layer and the substrate; based on different thermal expansion coefficients, lattice constants of the nitride and the substrate at Zones I/II/III are regulated to adjust the biaxial stress to which the nitride; quantum wells change conduction band bottom and valence band top positions to change forbidden band widths and light-emitting wavelengths; the LED can emit red, green and blue lights by a single chip.

A connection structure for a plastic water channel main body of a temperature regulating faucet, comprising: an H-shaped skeleton and a water seal plate. The H-shaped skeleton is made of plastic, including: a lateral tube, having opening provided thereon; two tube-shaped valve seats, connected respectively to both ends of the lateral tube, with its inner cavity connected and in communication with channels of the lateral tube, on a flange at an upper port is provided with outer threads, at its lower end water input port is disposed a water input tube having outer threads and extending downward. Connection structure for plastic water channel main body of temperature regulating faucet

A faucet with two outlets includes a main body, an outlet pipe, a hot water inlet conduit, a cold water inlet conduit, a cold water conduit, a filtered water conduit and a switch member. The outlet pipe has an inner channel and an outer channel. Filtered water flows through the inner channel, running water flows through the outer channel. The switch member laterally formed a peripheral wall of the main body, and having a valve core being mounted inside the main body. The valve core has control filtered water or running water outlet from the outlet pipe. The faucet with two outlets respectively outputs filtered water and running water through two different waterways in the outlet pipe and ensures simple structure, convenient operation and multiple water output modes.

A pipe quick release structure includes a first pipe having at least one guiding element formed on an outer periphery of the first pipe, a second pipe having at least one axial trough defined to correspond to and movably and selectively receive therein the at least one guiding element of the first pipe and a joint securely received in the second pipe and having at least one axial ledge formed on an outer periphery thereof to be movably received in the at least one axial trough of the second pipe, at least one second axial trough defined to receive therein the at least one guiding element of the first pipe and at least one recess defined to communicate with the at least one second axial trough to selectively position the at least one guiding element of the first pipe so as to selectively secure connection of the first pipe to the second pipe.
