A touch sensing method for a touch panel and an electronic device are provided. The touch panel includes touch sensing units. The touch sensing method includes: in a first sensing period, applying touch excitation signals to a first group of the touch sensing units to obtain first touch sensing signals; applying touch reference signals to a second group of the touch sensing units to obtain a first reference sensing signal; in a second sensing period, applying the touch excitation signals to the second group of the touch sensing units to obtain second touch sensing signals; applying the touch reference signal to the first group of the touch sensing units to obtain a second reference sensing signal; and acquiring capacitance values of the touch sensing units according to the first touch sensing signals, the first reference sensing signal, the second touch sensing signals, and the second reference sensing signal.

Touch sensing method and electronic device

A touch sensing method, apparatus for a touch panel, and electronic device are provided. The method includes: determining a first number of to-sense touch sensing circuits, and determining a second number of reference touch sensing circuits, each to-sense touch sensing circuit having a corresponding reference touch sensing circuit; causing each to-sense touch sensing circuit to receive a touch excitation signal TX, and apply TXto a corresponding touch sensitive cell and receive a touch sensing signal therefrom, and output a first output signal; causing each reference touch sensing circuit to receive a touch reference signal DC/TX, and apply DC/TXto a corresponding touch sensitive cell and receive a reference sensing signal therefrom, wherein DC/TXand TXare different signals; and obtaining, according to respective first and second output signals, a capacitance difference of capacitances sensed by each to-sense touch sensing circuit and its corresponding reference touch sensing circuit.

A fingerprint sensing apparatus includes a plurality of fingerprint sensors and a fingerprint readout circuit. The fingerprint sensors may be configured to operate in a fingerprint sensing cycle. The fingerprint readout circuit may be coupled to the plurality of fingerprint sensors via a plurality of sensing lines. The fingerprint readout circuit may be configured to control the fingerprint sensors to operate in the fingerprint sensing cycle. The fingerprint sensing cycle includes an initialization period, an exposure period and a readout period. A voltage of a reset node in each fingerprint sensor among the plurality of fingerprint sensors is reset to a first voltage in a reset period after the fingerprint sensing cycle ends. The voltage of the reset node in each fingerprint sensor is initialized to an initial voltage in the initialization period. The initial voltage is different from the first voltage.

A touch sensing method for a touch panel and an electronic device are provided. The touch sensing method includes: selecting a portion of multiple touch sensing units as to-sense touch sensing units, applying first touch excitation signals to the those to obtain multiple first touch sensing signals, and obtaining multiple differential sensing signals based on multiple first touch sensing signals; selecting a touch sensing unit as a reference touch sensing unit, and applying a touch reference signal to it to obtain a reference sensing signal; selecting a to-sense touch sensing unit as a preprocessing touch sensing unit, and applying a second touch excitation signal to it to obtain a second touch sensing signal; obtaining a capacitance sensing signal from the reference sensing signal and the second touch sensing signal; and acquiring capacitance values of multiple to-sense touch sensing units according to the differential sensing signals and the capacitance sensing signal.

Touch sensing method with noise reduction

A touch display device and an operation method thereof are provided. The touch display device includes a touch display panel, a power management circuit, a display driving circuit, and a touch circuit. The display driving circuit drives the touch display panel to display an image, and notifies the power management circuit to perform a voltage adjustment of a common voltage supplied to the touch display panel in a voltage adjustment period. The touch circuit individually performs a touch sensing operation on multiple sensing lines of a touch sensing layer of the touch display panel, so as to generate multiple touch sensing data corresponding to the sensing lines. The touch circuit ignores the touch sensing data corresponding to the voltage adjustment period, or the touch circuit suspends performing the touch sensing operation on the sensing lines of the touch sensing layer during the voltage adjustment period.

The disclosure provides a method for driving an OLED touch-and-display device, a driving circuit, and an OLED touch-and-display device. The method includes: generating gate driving signals that are sequentially shifted based on the first clock signal (GCK); sequentially applying the gate driving signals that are sequentially shifted to the plurality of GLs; writing display data in a display driving period for each row of pixels, to the row of pixels, wherein a time length of the display driving period depends on a corresponding gate driving signal and is smaller than the clock cycle; and for a display driving period for each of at least one row of pixels, setting a touch detection period corresponding to the display driving period or corresponding to the display driving period for previous row of pixels at least partially overlapping with the display driving period in time.

An analog front-end circuit for a touch controller and an operating method thereof are provided. The analog front-end circuit includes an analog front-end, a first switch and a second switch. The analog front-end includes an input terminal and an output terminal. The first switch includes a first terminal and a second terminal. The first terminal of the first switch is coupled to the input terminal of the analog front-end, and the second terminal of the first switch is coupled to a panel routing. The second switch includes a first terminal and a second terminal. The first terminal of the second switch is coupled to the second terminal of the first switch, and the second terminal of the second switch is coupled to a reference voltage.

Analog front end circuit for touch controller and operating method thereof

The disclosure provides a method for driving an OLED touch-and-display device, a driving circuit, and the OLED touch-and-display device. The method includes: dividing each display frame into at least one display period and at least one touch detection period which are alternated; during each display period, generating sequentially-shifted gate driving signals and sequentially-shifted light-emission control signals, and sequentially applying them to at least a part of gate driving lines of the plurality and corresponding light-emission control lines; during each touch detection period: suspending the generation of gate driving signals or also suspending the generation of light-emission control signals; adjusting the average display luminance of a plurality of rows of pixels within a predetermined time period, so that the display luminance is uniform, and the gate driving signal for each row of pixels and the light-emission control signal of the light-emission control line maintain a preset timing relationship.

A fingerprint detecting system comprises a fingerprint module, for receiving a fingerprint driving signal and performing a frequency modulation on the fingerprint driving signal, to correspondingly outputting a fingerprint signal with a first frequency based on the fingerprint driving signal, and a signal processing circuit, coupled to the fingerprint module, for receiving the fingerprint signal with the first frequency, performing a frequency demodulation to shift the first frequency of the fingerprint signal to a second frequency, and filtering the fingerprint signal with the second frequency based on the first frequency, whereby the filtered fingerprint signal is used for a fingerprint data analysis.

The driving apparatus for driving a touch display panel includes a first voltage generating circuit configured to generate a common reference voltage, a second voltage generating circuit configured to generate a touch driving signal, and a control circuit configured to generate a switching signal. The switching signal is at the first voltage level during display periods for providing the common reference voltage to the touch display panel. The switching signal is at the second voltage level during touch periods for providing the touch driving signal to the touch display panel. Audible noise suppression in touch display panel

A sensing circuit of a display device is provided. The sensing circuit includes a chopper circuit, a first operational amplifier and a filter. The chopper circuit is configured to receive a sensing input signal of the display device and modulate the sensing input signal. The first operational amplifier is coupled to the chopper circuit. The first operational amplifier is configured to receive the modulated sensing input signal and output the modulated sensing input signal to the chopper circuit. The chopper circuit is further configured to demodulate the modulated sensing input signal from the first operational amplifier and output the demodulated sensing input signal. The filter is coupled to the chopper circuit. The filter is configured to filter the demodulated sensing input signal from the chopper circuit and output the filtered sensing input signal as a sensing output signal.
