An organic electroluminescent device with the feature of three-wavelength luminescence is provided. The device includes a hole transporting layer, an electron blocking layer, a first host material layer, a second host material layer, a hole blocking layer, and an electron transporting layer placed between an anode and a cathode in turn. In which, the first host material layer has a first guest luminous substance mixed therein for projecting a first color light source (B), while the second host material layer correspondingly has a second guest luminous substance and a third guest luminous substance mixed therein for projecting a second color light source (G) and a third color light source (R), respectively, under the effect of an external bias voltage, wherein said second guest luminous substance or said third guest luminous substance may be a phosphorescence substance. Thus, not only a continuously full-band, full-colored light source featuring three-wavelength may be acquired directly by means of the combination of RGB colors, but also an effective utilization of phosphorescence substance and thus significantly raised luminescence efficiency may be obtained.

Organic electroluminescent device and method for producing the same

An organic electro-luminescent (EL) device is provided. The present invention discloses that the number of moisture-absorbing channels is increased to prevent the generation of dark spots and to improve the luminescence quality of the organic EL device. The organic electro-luminescent (EL) device comprises: a substrate; at least a bottom electrode, formed on the substrate, a plurality of isolation ribs for moisture-absorption and insulation, formed on a surface of the bottom electrode, intersecting the bottom electrode, wherein regions between every two of the isolation ribs are pre-determined light-emitting regions; at least an organic layer comprising an organic electro-luminescent layer, formed on a surface of the bottom electrode in the pre-determined light-emitting region; and at least an opposed electrode, formed on a surface of the organic layer. The isolation ribs are formed of PSG for removing the moisture generated during the processing of the organic EL device so as to prevent the generation of dark spots. Furthermore, the isolation ribs are helpful to achieve fine patterns of the device and avoid display crosstalk.

Organic electro-luminescent device

A white light emitting organic electro-luminescent (EL) device and a method for fabricating the same are provided. The device comprises: a substrate; a bottom electrode formed on a top surface of the substrate; at least an organic layer comprising an organic emitting layer formed on a surface of the bottom electrode to emit a first-color light; at least a transparent opposed electrode formed on a surface of the organic layer; and a sealing cap layer covering the organic layer and the transparent opposed electrode, wherein a color conversion layer is disposed on an inner surface of the sealing cap layer for converting a percentage of the first-color light into a second-color light and a third-color light. Therefore, a white light source is achieved by mixing the three primary colors.

White light emitting organic electro-luminescent device and method for fabricating the same

The present invention discloses an electroluminescent device with a drying film and a method for fabricating the same. The present invention is characterized in that the method comprises: providing a substrate; forming, in sequence from substrate up, a transparent electrode, a luminescent layer, and an opposed electrode; and forming a drying film by providing a raw material composed of barium (Ba), magnesium (Mg) or calcium (Ca) to react with a gaseous reactant composed of oxygen on the surface of the opposed electrode. The drying film composed of barium oxide (BaO), magnesium oxide (MgO) or calcium oxide (CaO) can be employed to absorb the moisture. Therefore, the generation of dark spots can be prevented and the reliability of the device can be improved.

Electroluminescent device with drying film and method for fabricating the same

The present invention discloses a white light emitting organic electroluminescent (EL) device and a method for fabricating the same. The device comprises: a substrate; an anode formed on the substrate; at least one hole transporting layer formed on the anode; at least one luminescent layer (DPVBi) formed on the hole transporting layer, wherein a first dopant (DCM ) is doped into the luminescent layer; at least one electron transporting layer formed on the luminescent layer, wherein a second dopant (C ) is doped into the electron transporting layer; and a cathode formed on the electron transporting layer; wherein a first light (red) is emitted by the first dopant, a second light (green) is emitted by the second dopant, and a third light (blue) is emitted by the luminescent layer when the device is applied with a bias voltage.

White light emitting organic electroluminescent device and method for fabricating the same

The structure of the sensing element of a platinum resistance thermometer and method for manufacturing the same, in which the silicon wafer is used as a substrate. A silicon substrate is etched to form a desired wiring pattern, then a silicon dioxide layer is grown as a layer of thermal oxide on the silicon substrate by heating the etched substrate in an oxygen-containing atmosphere. After a platinum film is deposited onto the surface of the silicon dioxide layer, the platinum-coated substrate is subject to gentle polishing. The platinum membrane outside the etched groove is easily detached while the platinum layer inside the etched groove remains attached. Thus a platinum circuit with a desired circuit pattern is formed on the substrate. After heat treatment in a temperature range of 750.degree. C..about. 1500.degree. C. and further processing, the sensing element of a platinum resistance thermometer is obtained. The platinum circuit thus formed is submerged in an groove and has a substantially bulk structure.
