This disclosure describes systems, methods, and devices related to enhanced feedback for secure mode wireless communications. A device may send a first null data packet (NDP) to a second device, and identify a second NDP received from the second device. The device may identify a location measurement report (LMR) received from the second device, the LMR including a first channel response indicative of a first arrival time of the first NDP at the second device and a first phase shift associated with the first NDP. The device may generate a second channel response indicative of a second arrival time of the second NDP at the device and a second phase shift associated with the second NDP. The device may determine that the first channel response does not match the second channel response, and may identify an attempted attack.

Enhanced feedback for secure mode wireless communications

This disclosure describes systems, methods, and devices related to allocating non-continuous resource units (RUs). A device may determine a non-continuous RU allocation for one or more devices in a 80 MHz bandwidth including four 20 MHz channels, the non-continuous RU allocation including disabled tones of a 20 MHz channel of the four 20 MHz channels, and the disabled tones being a subset of tones within the 20 MHz channel. The device may determine a high efficiency wireless frame comprising an indication of the non-continuous RU allocation. The device may send the high efficiency wireless frame to one or more multiple devices.

Enhanced resource allocation for wireless communications

This disclosure describes systems, methods, and devices related to a trigger-based null data packet (NDP) for channel sounding system. A device may send a trigger frame to a group of station devices, the group of station devices including a first station device, the trigger frame indicating a high efficiency (HE) long training field (HE-LTF) mode and a guard interval duration. The device may identify a HE trigger-based (TB) null data packet (NDP) received from the first station device, the HE TB NDP including a first packet extension field, wherein the HE TB NDP is associated with the HE-LTF mode and the guard interval duration indicated in the trigger frame. The device may send a downlink NDP including a second packet extension field, a second HE-LTF mode, and a second guard interval duration. The device may determine channel state information based on HE TB NDP received from the first station device.

Enhanced trigger-based null data packet for channel sounding

For example, an AP device, which includes a co-located AP set of a plurality of APs, may be configured to configure the plurality of APs to communicate over a respective plurality of wireless communication channels in a 6 GHz frequency band according to an Automated Frequency Coordination (AFC) allocation scheme including a plurality of AFC allocations for the plurality of wireless communication channels, respectively, wherein the plurality of AFC allocations corresponds to a plurality of different coverage areas relative to the AP device; to monitor an estimated distance between a STA and the AP device; and to instruct the STA to communicate with the co-located AP set over an assigned wireless communication channel of the plurality of wireless communication channels.

A device may determine a high efficiency signal-B (HE-SIG-B) field for a high efficiency (HE) frame, the HE-SIG-B field comprising a common information field and a user information field. The device may determine a data portion of the HE frame, wherein the data portion includes one or more resource units (RUs) with a size equal to a number of tones. The device may determine a first resource allocation subfield and a second resource allocation subfield of the common information field based at least in part on the number of tones. Enhanced high efficiency frames for wireless communications

A device may perform availability window negotiation during a negotiation phase of a location determination associated with a first initiating device of one or more initiating devices. This disclosure describes systems, methods, and devices related to an extreme high throughput (EHT) signaling structure. A device may establish a communication channel with one or more station devices (STAs). The device may generate an extreme high throughput signal field (EHT-SIG) of a header, wherein the EHT-SIG field comprises information associated with resource allocations (RUs). The device may generate a frame comprising the header. The device may assign a first RU to a first station device. The device may assign a second RU to the first station device, wherein the first RU or the second RU is an aggregation of a 26-tome RU and a neighboring RU. The device may cause to send the frame to the first station device.

Extreme high throughput signaling structure

An extremely high throughput (EHT) station (STA) configured for trigger based (TB) transmission may decode an trigger frame (TF) received from an access point (AP). The TF may include an assignment of resources comprising one or more 20 MHz channels. The EHT STA may determine which of the one or more assigned channels are available for transmission and which of the allocated channels are unavailable when the EHT STA is assigned more than one 20 MHz channel. The EHT STA may encode a EHT TB PPDU in response to the trigger frame. The EHT TB PPDU may be encoded to include an EHT preamble followed by a data field. The EHT preamble may be encoded to indicate channel availability. The EHT STA may generate signalling to cause the EHT STA to transmit the encoded EHT TB PPDU only on the assigned channels that have been determined to be available.

Trigger-based PPDU resource indication for EHT networks

This disclosure describes systems, methods, and devices related to enhanced bandwidth selection for wireless devices. A device may generate a request frame with at least one of a first indication of a bandwidth for which a second device is to measure a first noise level or a second indication of a resource unit for which the second device is to measure a second noise level. The device may send the request frame to the second device. The device may identify a response frame received from the second device, the response frame having a third indication of the first noise level or the second noise level and a fourth indication of the bandwidth or the resource unit. The device may determine, based on the first noise level or the second noise level, a parameter associated with a subsequent frame to send to the second device.

Enhanced bandwidth selection for wireless communication devices

A device may determine a negotiated bandwidth to be used when communicating with a first station device. The device may determine a first bit stream used to generate a cyclic shift diversity (CSD) value based on the negotiated bandwidth, wherein a first number of bits is used for the first bit stream when a first negotiated bandwidth is used, and wherein a second number of bits is used for the first bit stream when a second negotiated bandwidth is used. The device may determine a second bit stream used to generate a random phase. The device may determine a secure a long training field (LTF) based on a combination of the first bit stream and the second bit stream. The device may cause to send a frame to the first station device, wherein the frame comprises the secure LTF.

This disclosure describes systems, methods, and devices related to enhanced sounding for secure mode wireless communications. A device may generate a channel sounding symbol comprising a first subcarrier and a second subcarrier, wherein a first amplitude of the first subcarrier is different than a second amplitude of the second subcarrier. The device may generate a channel sounding signal comprising the channel sounding symbol. The device may send the channel sounding signal to a second device.

Enhanced sounding for secure mode wireless communications

A device may generate two or more sounding signals to be sent using two or more antennas to a receiving device across a plurality of symbol intervals. The device may apply a first masking signal to a first sounding signal of the two or more sounding signals over a first symbol interval of the plurality of the symbol intervals. The device may apply a second masking signal to a second sounding signal over a second symbol interval of the plurality of the symbol intervals.
