A motor with self power generation includes a motor body, at least one magnetic element, a shield case, an induction element, a transfer circuit board and a working module. The motor body includes a shaft member. The at least one magnetic element, located at the shaft member, is to generate a dynamic electromagnetic induction space while the shaft member rotates. The shield case, located close to the shaft member, is to shield the shaft member. The induction element, fixed at the shield case, has a portion located inside the dynamic electromagnetic induction space to generate an induction power while the shaft member rotates. The transfer circuit board has a transfer circuit electrically coupled with the induction element to receive the induction power to further generate a working power. The working module, electrically coupled with the transfer circuit, is to receive the working power to execute a default work.

A method and a device are used to generate a control command. A resolution base value and a resolution-tick corresponding function are created. A first operation frequency value, a minimal tick value and a resolution value are received to calculate a resolution ratio and a second operation frequency. A conversional tick value is calculated. If or not the conversional tick value is greater than or equal to the minimal tick value is determined. If the conversion tick value is smaller than the minimal tick value, the minimal tick value, the conversional tick value and the second operation frequency are used to calculate a conversional operation frequency. A conversional resolution ratio is calculated according to the first operation frequency and the conversional operation frequency, and also a modified tick value is calculated. The control command is output according to the modified tick value, the first operation frequency and the conversion operation frequency.

Method and device for generating control command

A control command resolution adjustment method and a command generation device are disclosed in present invention. The control command resolution adjustment method is used to adjust a control command form the command generation device. A calculation frequency value via the command generation device is analyzed. The control command is received and a transform frequency value via the control command is analyzed. A first resolution value is calculated from the calculation frequency value and the transform frequency value. The first resolution value is distinguished greater than or equal to a minimum resolution value. When the first resolution value less than the minimum resolution value, an added calculation frequency value is calculated from the calculation frequency value and a frequency added value. A second resolution value is calculated from the added calculation frequency value and the transform frequency value. When the second resolution value greater than or equal to the minimum resolution value, the control command via the second resolution value is outputted.

Control command resolution adjustment method and a command generation device

A system includes a control module, a velocity-detecting module and a state-analyzing module. The control module generates a control command to control the servo drive system, and bases on the control command to define angular-acceleration standard ranges with respect to detection times. The velocity-detecting module detects output angular-velocity values of the servo motor with respect to detection times upon when the servo motor is driven. The state-analyzing module includes a processing unit and an abnormal-state judging unit. The processing unit stores the output angular-velocity values, and bases on the output angular-velocity values to calculate output angular-acceleration values with respect to the detection times. The abnormal-state judging unit determines whether or not each of the output angular-acceleration values with respect to each of the corresponding detection times is within the respective angular-acceleration standard range and thereby to generate corresponding comparison results.
