An in-mold vibratile injection compression molding method and molding apparatus thereof are described. While performing a filling stage, a first piezoelectric actuator and a second piezoelectric actuator are use to vibrate the molding material along at least two directions for precisely filling the molding material into the micro-structure by adjusting the filling flow velocity of the molding material associated with the proper molding material temperature and by maintaining a molding material temperature of a skin solidified layer in the cavity between a glass transition temperature and a melting temperature in order to avoid the form error, to increase the groove filling rate and to improve the residual stress.

In-mold vibratile injection compression molding method and molding apparatus thereof

A tensile testing device includes a supporting unit, a cantilever unit and a connecting unit. The supporting unit defines a plurality of mating elements secured thereon for mating with a detected element. The cantilever unit is connected with the detected element by a lead for reading the tension. The connecting unit includes a penal attached on a lateral surface of the supporting unit, a turning plate pivotally installed on a front surface of the panel and rotated around a first axis which is perpendicular to the lateral surface, a first connecting block fastened to a front surface of the turning plate, and a second connecting block of which rear end pivotally connects the first connecting block and turns around a second axis perpendicular to the first axis.

Tensile testing device

A sliding-type hinge includes a base, a slider, and a sliding means adapted to slide the slider on the base. The sliding means includes a first torsion spring and a second torsion spring. The first torsion spring has a first connecting end connected to one side of the base, and a third connecting end connected to the other side of the slider. The second torsion spring has a second connecting end connected to the slider and being at the same side with the third connecting end, and a fourth connecting end connected to the base and being at the same side with the first connecting end. At the closing status, the first and second connecting end are at the front of the third and fourth connecting end. At the opening status, the first and second connecting end are at the rear of the third and fourth connecting end.

Sliding-type hinge

A sliding device configured in a portable electrical apparatus includes a main base fixed to a main housing of the portable electrical apparatus, a sliding base fixed to a sub-housing of the portable electrical apparatus, a guiding portion coupled to the main base and the sliding base for limiting a sliding range and an elastic module arranged between the main base and the sliding base. The elastic module includes a first rotator located on the sliding base, a second rotator located on the main base, a sliding bar passed through a compression spring and arranged between the first rotator and the second rotator. When the sub-housing slides on the main housing to achieve a critical level, the sliding force accumulated in the compression spring is maximized. Therefore the sub-housing is advanced by sliding force released from the compression spring.
