Provided is a metal shell cutting and assembling machine for cutting a material tape with metal shells and assembling the metal shell with a plastic body of a connector. The metal shell cutting and assembling machine includes a frame, a material-feeding mechanism, a pre-press mechanism, a metal shell-cutting mechanism, a plastic body-inserting mechanism, a metal shell-inserting mechanism and a controller. The material-feeding mechanism is used for transferring the material tape. The pre-press mechanism can pre-press the metal shell of the material tape for being cut by the metal shell-cutting mechanism. The metal shell-inserting mechanism can push the metal shell held between the pre-press mechanism and the metal shell-cutting mechanism onto the plastic body-inserting mechanism, and the plastic body-inserting mechanism pushes the plastic body for assembling with the metal shell. Whereby the metal shell cutting and assembling machine can enhance the manufacture efficiency and reduce the labor cost.

Metal shell cutting and assembling machine

A contact bending fixture includes a lower die slider, a positioning rod, a linear actuating mechanism, and an upper die slider. A lower die mounted on the lower die slider includes a die holder, a lower bending module, a contact holding stick, and a bearing roller. The lower bending module includes a smooth sustaining side surface facing the bearing roller for defining an insertion gap therebetween. An upper die mounted on the upper die slider opposes the lower die and includes a punch holder, a hold-down plate, an elastic component, and an upper bending module. The hold-down plate presses and holds down an end of an under-bending contact on the top surface of lower bending module with an opposite end of the contact suspending in the insertion gap. Therefore, the contact bending fixture is capable of bending a contact at a required angle in one step.

A sound film adsorption device includes a bracket, which has a platform on which a sound film collect, which forms a chamber for receiving a sound film, is installed. A rotary mechanism includes a supporting post retained on the platform, a rotary plate in the form of a cantilever-shape having an end moveably coupled to the supporting post and an opposite end serving as an open end, and a spring member coupled with the supporting post to support between the platform and the rotary plate. A first absorbing mechanism includes a first vacuum generator and an absorbing head. The absorbing head has an end communicated with the first vacuum generator, and the other end extended through the open end of the rotary plate to align with the chamber of the sound film collect so as to absorb the sound film placed within the sound film collect.

Sound film adsorption device

Provided is a cutting equipment for automatically cutting off workpieces from a material tape. The cutting equipment includes an electrical control box, a base board, a material-feeding mechanism, a material-transferring mechanism, a material-pulling mechanism and a cutting mechanism. The material-feeding mechanism includes a supporting bracket, a material disc and a disc-driving device. The material-transferring mechanism mounted on the base board includes a pad board, a first supporting board and a second supporting board. The material-pulling mechanism disposed above the material-transferring mechanism includes a driving component and a material-pulling component. The cutting mechanism mounted on the base board includes a lower supporting plate, an upper cutting plate and a transferring cylinder. The upper cutting plate disposes at least one cutting blade. The cutting equipment can enhance the working efficiency, reduce the defective rate and the manufacture cost, lighten the labor intensity of operators, and be suitable for mass production.

Provided is a static eliminator with dust removal feature. The static eliminator includes an ion generator, a dust-removing main body and a dust-collecting device. The dust-removing main body has a workpiece-passing channel passing through the dust-removing main body. A dust-scraping member is disposed on a sidewall of the workpiece-passing channel. A blow vent of the ion generator communicates with said workpiece-passing channel and faces to the dust-scraping member. An inlet end of the dust-collecting device communicates with the workpiece-passing channel.

Static eliminator with dust removal feature

A gluing mechanism comprising a platform, a plurality of turn tables set on the platform for workpieces, a motor for driving the turn tables and a gluing device firmly set up on the platform. The gluing device comprises a forward assembly, an elevator, a panning assembly and a plurality of glue applicators. The forward assembly is set on the platform and moves along a shorter side of the platform. The elevator is set on the forward assembly and moves relative to the platform vertically. The panning assembly is set on the elevator and moves along a longer side of the platform. The glue applicators are installed on the panning assembly. The motor drives the turn tables simultaneously. The gluing mechanism of the present invention has benefits of simple structure, a high working efficiency and proceeds a precise rotary gluing process to workpieces. Therefore, an excellent gluing quality can be realized.

Provided is a lens connector-testing device including a base, a circuit tester, a probe, and a positioning unit. The positioning unit includes a positioning housing, a lift block, an insulating plate, a press spring, a latch member and a supporting seat. The positioning housing has a lift-guiding groove. The insulating plate is fixedly connected to an upper end of the lift block. A lower end of the lift block is slidably received in the lift-guiding groove. A holding space is defined between the insulating plate and the positioning housing. The supporting seat is disposed on the positioning housing and has at least one electrical contact. The latch member has a fixing section, a hooking section, and a pressing section. The lift block has a projecting portion matched with the hooking section of the latch member. The press spring is located between the pressing section and the positioning housing.

Lens connector-testing device

Provided is a riveting press, which includes a base, a body frame fixed on the base, a riveting and pressing cylinder mounted on the body frame, and a pressing mechanism disposed between the base and the body frame. The pressing mechanism includes a first supporting unit having at least one first receiving hole, a second supporting unit having at least one second receiving hole, an elastic member accommodated into the first receiving hole, and a riveting and pressing punch passing through the second receiving hole. The first supporting unit is connected to the riveting and pressing cylinder. The second supporting unit is removable mounted on the first supporting unit. One end of the riveting and pressing punch is blocked on the first supporting unit and is contact with one end of the elastic member, and the other end of the riveting and pressing punch points to the base.

A connector cover assembling system includes an arrangement apparatus, which aligns covers and includes a transporting channel for transporting the covers to a frame that supports the covers and associated connector bodies. A cover driving member transports the covers one by one from the frame to a separating mechanism, which further transports the cover to a location above a clamping mechanism for being clamped by the clamping mechanism. A lifting mechanism drives an inserting mechanism and the clamping mechanism to the separating mechanism. The clamping mechanism clamps the covers from the separating mechanism. The inserting mechanism drives the clamping mechanism to transport and assemble the cover to the connector body. A holding mechanism holds the connector body during the assembling operation. The control unit coordinates operations of the above-mentioned components. Therefore, manufacturing efficiency of electrical connector can be improved and manufacturing costs reduced.

Connector cover assembling system

A flexible printed circuit (FPC) connector assembling fixture is provided for assembling an FPC connector. The assembling fixture includes a base that is set horizontally. A lower slidable carriage is slidably coupled to the base. Upper and lower molds are respectively and rotatably coupled to an upper slidable carriage and the lower slidable carriage. A terminal fitting mechanism and a cover mounting mechanism are respectively mounted to the upper and lower molds. Guide posts are mounted to the base. The upper mold is slidably coupled to the base with the guide posts. The lower mold forms an accommodation chamber. The cover mounting mechanism includes a push rod and first and second slide channels. The second slide channel is in communication with the accommodation chamber and the first slide channel. The push rod is received in and slidably coupled to the second slide channel.

Flexible printed circuit connector assembling fixture

Provided is a coplanarity-testing machine. The coplanarity-testing machine includes a working stage, an illuminant, an image picking-up processor, a frequency converter, a double-cross lines generator, a linear module and a display. The linear module includes a test vehicle, a linear drive mechanism and a regulating block. The linear drive mechanism can drive the test vehicle to linearly move to and fro on a bearing surface of the working stage. The regulating block is placed on a supporting surface of the test vehicle. By adjusting the double-cross lines generator, horizontal lines of the generator can coincide with a projecting line of the bottom surface of the regulating block, and vertical lines of the generator can measure the height of the regulating block. The coplanarity-testing machine can timely and exactly display the testing result, is easily operated, and has a high testing efficiency and a high exact degree of testing.

A clutched jig includes a housing and a clutching mechanism. The housing has a hollow hole formed along the axis of the housing, a conical hole formed in the end of the hollow hole. The clutching mechanism is received in the hollow hole of the housing. Each of clutching parts includes a bended part, a conical connecting part formed in the bottom of the bended part, and a crook located in the end of the conical connecting part. While the clutching mechanism is moved into the end of the housing, the conical connecting parts and the crooks extend out of the conical hole. The bended parts withstand the inner wall of the conical hole and are shifted inward. The conical connecting parts and the crooks are shifted inward by the bended parts driven. So a lens component is clutched out from a lens socket by the shifted of the crooks.
