A system includes a housing of a printed circuit board arranged in the housing and at least one functional element, wherein the housing has at least one exchangeable side surface, wherein openings which correlate to electrical connections of the printed circuit board are provided in the at least one exchangeable side surface, and wherein the functional elements each pass through an opening in the side surface to the electrical connections of the printed circuit board assigned to them and are connected to said connections.

Housing for electronic components

A multi-sensor, real-time, in-process current and voltage estimation system is disclosed including sensors, affiliated hardware, and data processing algorithms that allow accurate estimation of currents and voltages from magnetic and electric field measurements, respectively. Aspects of the system may be embodied in a detector that is readily attachable to conductors of an energized system for contactless current and/or voltage sensing of the conductors without requiring the conductors to be disconnected from the energized system.

Method and apparatus for contactless voltage and current estimation through measurements of electric and magnetic fields with redundant sensor arrays

In order for a supplier of connectors to reduce personnel costs and to guarantee customers a consistently high quality standard promptly and reliably, even for global data traffic, a method for identifying connectors, comprising the following steps, is proposed: a. automatic identification of components (″) of an industrial connector (), from at least one image file; b. analysis of the geometric relationships and/or functional connections between the components (″); c. extraction of individual characteristics of the components (″) from the image file using information obtained in step b.

Method for identifying industrial connectors

A method is provided for ensuring and/or checking the quality of a crimping using a crimping machine for crimping a cable with a contact sleeve and using a first optical sensor for detecting and/or recording first image data of the contact sleeve and using an evaluation electronics system. The method includes detecting the first image data of the contact sleeve by the first optical sensor; carrying out, via the evaluation electronics system, a first comparison of the first image data of the first optical sensor with first reference data of a predetermined contact sleeve; checking the first comparison for the presence of a predetermined first criterion; and, if the predetermined first criterion is satisfied, outputting a first signal. The detection of the first image data and the first comparison and the checking for the first criterion and the output of the first signal are carried out before the cable is crimped with the contact sleeve. A crimping machine suitable for carrying out the above method is also provided.

Visual crimp monitoring

A hardware- and software-supported measuring apparatus for monitoring the operating state of a device has at least one sensor for capturing measurement data of at least one physical parameter that characterizes the operating state of the device, autonomous electronics including a control unit an energy source and a microcontroller, which provides a radio interface for data transmission and/or signal transmission to a control and/or evaluation apparatus, and a housing, which is fastened to the device in a retrofittable manner. The apparatus has at least one sensor and a control and/or evaluation apparatus, which is wirelessly connected to the measuring apparatus for signal transmission and/or data transmission.

Measuring apparatus for operating state

A plug connector provides an electrical connection to a conductor track connection of a printed circuit board. The plug connector has a first printed circuit board with a conductor track connection and a plugging region for plugging the printed circuit board into the plug connector. The plugging region extends parallel to the first printed circuit board. A contact element and/or a spring element is provided in the plug connector. The plugging region and the contact element and/or the spring element are arranged in such a way that, in a plugged state of the plug connector, the printed circuit board which is plugged into the plugging region is arranged parallel to the printed circuit board and the conductor track connection is arranged opposite the conductor track connection. An electrical connection of the conductor track connection to the conductor track connection is provided by the contact element and/or the spring element.

Plug connector

A device for data transmission from a plug connector housing includes a data module for storing and forwarding data, a plug connector housing with a cable outlet opening and a threaded cable connection, and an adapter module which has at least one cable passage area. The adapter module has a cable inlet opening on a first end of this cable passage area and a cable outlet opening on a second end of this cable passage area, wherein the adapter module can be fastened with its cable inlet opening on the cable outlet opening of the plug connector housing, and the threaded cable connection can be fastened to the cable outlet opening of the adapter module so that the adapter module can be fastened between the cable outlet opening and the threaded cable connection.

Device for transmitting data

A plug-in connector, in particular a car charging connector, having a contact support in which at least one contact element is provided. The contact element is connected to a conductor of a connected cable. The contact support is provided in a housing of the plug-in connector and the connected cable protrudes into the housing. The plug-in connector includes a seal which seals at the same time the contact support and a section of the cable that protrudes into the housing.
