A conductive film includes a transparent insulating substrate and a conductive mesh formed on the transparent insulating substrate, one of them is imprinted to form a meshed-like grooves on a surface thereof, it is simple and quick, having high efficiency; the grooves is printed and filled with metal slurry and sintered to form a conductive mesh, the cost is low; the distance between the lines of the conductive mesh is defined as d, 100 &#x3bc;m&#x2266;d&#x3c;600 &#x3bc;m, the square resistance of the conductive mesh is defined as R, 0.1 &#x3a9;/sq&#x2266;R&#x3c;200 &#x3a9;/sq. In order to reduce the distance between the line, the width of the mesh line is reduced, thereby improving the light transmission of the conductive film; the smaller the square resistance, the better the conductivity of the conductive film, the faster the transmission speed of the signal; the lower metal content ensure the small square resistance, saving raw materials.

A double-layered transparent conductive film includes: a first substrate; a first imprint adhesive layer formed on the first substrate, the first imprint adhesive layer defining a first mesh-shaped groove, the first mesh-shaped groove forming a first mesh; a first conductive layer including conductive material filled in the first mesh-shaped groove; a tackifier layer formed on the first imprint adhesive layer and the first conductive layer; a second substrate formed on the tackifier layer; a second imprint adhesive layer formed on the second substrate, the second imprint adhesive layer defining a second mesh-shaped groove, the second mesh-shaped groove forming a second mesh, wherein one of the first mesh and the second mesh is a regular mesh, the other is a random mesh; and a second conductive layer including conductive material filled in the second mesh-shaped groove. A bridge structure for electrically connecting to a second direction meshed conductive trace disposed on a substrate surface, where a first direction meshed conductive trace disposed on the same surface, which includes a first bridging wire, a second bridging wire, an insulating layer, and a conductive bridge. The first bridging wire and the second bridging wire are disposed on the second direction meshed conductive trace, and the first bridging wire and the second bridging wire are connected via the conductive bridge, thereby connecting to the second direction meshed conductive trace. when the conductive bridge is directly connected to the second direction meshed conductive trace, the risk of the conductive bridge being connected to blank area between the meshed conductive lines is avoided, when the bridge structure is applied to the touch screen, the thickness of the touch screen and the cost are reduced and the production efficiency is improved.

Bridge structure in conductive mesh and method for manufacturing the same

The present invention discloses a patterned transparent conductive film based on the random grid, wherein the surface of the conductive film can be divided into a conductive region and an insulating region, with the conductive region having the grid made of metal. The grid of the conductive region, composed of the grid line of the conductive region, is a random grid having an irregular shape, and can avoid periodic shielding generated by the opaque metal grid lines and the periodic pixel unit of LCD. The patterned transparent conductive film provided by the present invention is composed of the irregular random grid, and therefore will not generate the Moire stripe. Besides, finally by naked eyes observation, the conductive region and the insulating region have exactly the same or close transmittance, and therefore will not generate the grayscale contrast.

The present invention relates to a conductive layer of a touch screen. The conductive layer is a mesh composed of metal wires. The mesh comprises a plurality of mesh cells, and the mesh cell comprises a plurality of mesh edges and nodes formed by connecting two adjacent edges. The conductive layer comprises a sensing region and a wire region which is electrically connected to the sensing region. The sensing region comprises a plurality of first sensing patterns and a plurality of second sensing patterns; the first sensing pattern and the second sensing pattern is adjacent and electrically insulated from each other; the mesh cells in each first sensing pattern are electrically connected with each other; and the mesh cells in each second sensing pattern are electrically connected with each other.

A conductive layer of a touch screen is disclosed including a mesh made of metal wire. The conductive layer includes a sensing area and a wiring area electrically connected to the sensing area, the sensing area includes at least one of the first sensing patterns and at least one of the second sensing patterns, the first sensing pattern and the second sensing pattern are adjacent and electrically insulated from each other, mesh cells in each first sensing pattern are mutually connected, mesh cells in each second sensing pattern are mutually connected. The wiring area includes a plurality of wiring clusters which are mutually insulated, each wiring cluster is formed by interconnecting a column of mesh cells, and one end of each wiring cluster is electrically connected to one of the second sensing patterns. The conductive layer having a structure of metal mesh can be manufactured by imprinting process. Comparing to the conventional technology with ITO film as conductive layer, the imprinting has advantages of one step formation of the mesh, simplified process and high yield rate. In addition, the material cost is greatly reduced using metal instead of ITO, since no etching process is used, the conductive material will not be wasted.

A touch screen manufacturing method includes the following steps: providing a glass substrate; bombarding a surface of the glass substrate by plasma to expose Si&#x2014;O-groups on the surface; coating and curing a jell on the surface of the glass substrate which is bombarded by plasma, forming a base material layer, the jell is bonded to the Si&#x2014;O-groups on the glass substrate during curing; embossing the base material layer by embossing mold, forming a trench on the surface of the base material layer against the glass substrate; and filling metal into the trench, and forming metal mesh as a conductive layer. A touch screen is also disclosed. Compared to the traditional process using ITO as a conductive layer, mesh shape can be one-step formed, the process is simple, and the yield rate is high. And the cost is greatly reduced using metal instead of ITO, since not etching process is used, conductive material will not be wasted, and it reduces heavy metal emission in the waste.

A transparent conductive film includes a substrate, a transparent conductive layer, a lead electrode, and a first connecting wire, the substrate includes a first region and a second region located on the edge of the substrate; the transparent conductive layer is embedded in the first region, the lead electrode is formed on the second region; first connecting wire is formed on the substrate and located between the transparent conductive layer and the lead electrode, thereby the conductive material of the first conductive mesh and that of second conductive mesh are electrically connected; the first connecting is arranged between the transparent conductive layer and the lead electrode for electrically connecting the transparent conductive layer and the lead electrode, which can enhance the electrical connection strength between the transparent conductive layer and the lead electrode, such that the conductivity of the conductive film is great, and the yield is improved.

Patterned transparent conductive film

A lead electrode and a preparation method thereof are provided. The lead electrode includes an inner terminal, a lead, and an outer terminal, which are sequentially connected. The lead includes: an insulating substrate; an adhesive material coated on the insulating substrate, the adhesive material defining a trenched mesh; and a conductive material filled in the trenched mesh, wherein an angle formed by a grid line of the trenched mesh and a demolding direction is from 0&#xb0; to 90&#xb0;. Since the angle formed by the grid line and the demolding direction is very small, little adhesive material will be attached to the mold, such that the residues of the adhesive material are prevented.
