The present invention relates to a polyurethane composite material, comprising a polyurethane resin matrix prepared from a polyurethane composition, and a reinforcement material, wherein the polyurethane composition comprises: A) an isocyanate component comprising one or more organic polyisocyanates; B) an isocyanate-reactive component comprising: b1) one or more organic polyols having an amount of 21-60 wt. % based on 100% by weight of the polyurethane composition; b2) one or more (meth)acrylates comprising hydroxyl groups; and C) a radical reaction initiator; wherein the polyurethane resin matrix is prepared under such reaction conditions that the polyurethane composition undergoes addition polymerization reaction of isocyanate groups and hydroxyl groups and radical polymerization reaction simultaneously. The present invention further relates to the preparation process of the polyurethane composite material.

The invention provides a polyurethane pultrusion article comprising a polyurethane pultrusion composite and a coating layer applied thereon, wherein the polyurethane pultrusion composite comprises a polyurethane resin matrix and a reinforcement material, and is prepared by a polyurethane pultrusion process, wherein the polyurethane resin matrix is prepared from a polyurethane composition comprising: A) an isocyanate component comprising one or more polyisocyanates; B) an isocyanate-reactive component comprising: b1) a first polyether polyol having a functionality of 2-3 and a hydroxyl number of 10-120 mgKOH/g; b2) a second polyether polyol having a functionality of 3-8 and a hydroxyl number of 810-1900 mgKOH/g; b4) one or more isocyanate-reactive flame retardants. The polyurethane pultrusion article provided by the invention has both favorable flame retardance and good adhesion between the coating layer and the composite.

The present invention relates to a polyurethane resin composition for preparing a polyurethane composite, having (a) an organic polyisocyanate; (b) an isocyanate-reactive component having (b1) one or more polyether carbonate polyols which are prepared by addition of carbon dioxide and alkylene oxides onto starters having active hydrogen using DMC catalysts, and (b2) one or more polyols which have a functionality of 2-6 and are selected from polyether polyols, polyester polyols, polymer polyols or combinations thereof; and (c) a blowing agent having an amount of 0-0.2 wt. % based on 100% by weight of the isocyanate-reactive component (b).
