Provided are a method for establishing a lentiviral vector system capable of directly reflecting type I interferon response, and applications thereof. The method for establishing the lentiviral vector system comprises: cutting aluciferase at the position of amino acid 109, removing 16 amino acids from N-terminus, and cloning the two polypeptides into a lentiviral vector to form a lentiviral BiLC expression vector; and cloning a shuttle plasmid of pEntry-IRF3 or pEntry-IRF5 or pEntry-IRF7 by homologous recombination into the lentiviral BiLC expression vector, so as to construct a lentiviral vector IRF3-BiLC or IRF5-BiLC or IRF7-BiLC capable of directly reflecting type I interferon response.

Provided is a defoaming agent for a liquid detergent, comprising the following components: component A1, a modified polyorganosiloxane formed by reacting a hydrogen-containing polyorganosiloxane, an unsaturated polyether and an &#x3b1;-olefin; component A2, a modified polyorganosiloxane formed by reacting a hydrogen-containing polyorganosiloxane, an unsaturated polyether and a bivinyl-terminated polyorganosiloxane; component B, an organosilicon composition composed of a hydrogen-containing polyorganosiloxane, a polymer composed of an acrylate and an &#x3b1;-olefin, silica and an organosilicon resin; component C, a thickening agent; and component D, water. An excellent compatibility between the modified polyorganosiloxanes A1 and A2 enables the defoaming agent to exhibit an excellent defoaming performance, stability and clarity in a laundry detergent.

Described is a method for preparation of stable fatty alcohol emulsion, wherein, fatty acid esters are introduced into an antifoaming agent emulsion system, and an anionic surfactant is added in the late stage of emulsification process in order to further improve the stability of the emulsion. The anionic surfactant is absorbed to the surface of fatty alcohol particles to make the fatty alcohol emulsion more stable under the action of ionic mutual repulsion. The prepared fatty alcohol emulsion has favorable foam elimination and suppression performance in the paper making procedure, and is stable during storage.

Process for preparation of stable fatty alcohol emulsion

A process for preparing a particle defoamer. The particle defoamer of 55%-75% of a carrier, 15%-35% of a silicone emulsion, 3%-10% of a texturing agent and 2%-10% of a solvent, based on the total weight of the particle defoamer; the process for preparing the particle defoamer is: (1)first adding a carrier A1 into a mixer, and then adding thereto a silicone emulsion B1, and stirring uniformly; (2)adding a carrier component A2 to the mixture obtained in (1), and stirring uniformly; (3)adding a silicone emulsion B2 to the mixture obtained in (2), and, after uniformly stirring, adding the solvent thereto and stirring uniformly; and (4)pelleting and drying by baking the mixture obtained in(3), so as to produce the product.

Particle defoamer comprising a silicone emulsion and process for preparing same

A silicone composition emulsion and a method for preparing the same are provided. The method is characterized in that a low-molecular-weight polysiloxane and an emulsifier are added into a high-viscosity silicone composition. The low-molecular-weight polysiloxane has a viscosity of 5-3,000 mPa&#xb7;s, and the emulsifier is an nonionic surfactant. The amount of the low-molecular-weight polysiloxane is 5-50 parts and the amount of the emulsifier is 40-150 parts, based on 100 parts of the high-viscosity silicone composition.
