The present invention relates to methods to use cyclohexan-1,2-dione (CHD) groups to attach labels, linkers, and other molecules to a target compound comprising a CHD-reactive group such as a guanidine, amidine, urea, thiourea and the like. Methods of the invention include milder conditions than those previously known for promoting reaction of CHD with CHD-reactive groups, which makes the methods suitable for use with base-sensitive compounds and complex biomolecules. Methods of the invention are especially useful for attaching linking and labeling groups to a peptide that comprises at least one arginine residue, and can also be used to link such peptides to other target molecules such as nucleic acids. The invention also provides CHD-containing conjugation reagents and compositions comprising CHD-containing intermediates, and precursors useful for making CD-containing compounds that can be used in the methods of the invention.

Conjugation reagents and methods using 1,2-cyclohexanediones

Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described. A connected mode UE may share reference signal configurations with an idle/inactive mode UE via a sidelink transmission. The connected mode UE may transmit a sidelink transmission including one or more reference signal configurations over a sidelink channel to an idle/inactive mode UE. The reference signal configuration may include reference signal resources that correspond to one or more beams that are tracked by the connected mode UE, such as an active downlink beam or beams adjacent to an active downlink beam. The idle/inactive mode UE may use the reference signal configuration to monitor for and receive one or more reference signals from the base station. In some examples, the connected mode UE may determine to transmit the sidelink transmission based on satisfaction of a trigger condition, such as a proximity of the idle/inactive mode UE to the connected mode UE.

Aspects presented may enable RF sensing to be adaptive to the environment to improve the sensing, performance, and/or the spectrum efficiency of cellular systems and the power efficiency of RF sensing nodes. In one aspect, an RF sensing node extracts one or more features for a set of objects of an area via at least one non-RF sensor. The RF sensing node transmits, to a network entity, the one or more features or at least one non-RF measurement derived from the one or more features. The RF sensing node receives, from the network entity, an RRS transmission configuration derived based on the one or more features or the at least one non-RF measurement transmitted to the network entity.

This disclosure provides systems, methods, and devices for wireless communication that support hybrid systems sidelink (SL) operations. In a first aspect, an apparatus obtains a resource reservation for a subsequent transmission over an SL, the reservation of a resource in a resource pool, and the resource spanning at least one sub-channel of a plurality of sub-channels. The apparatus further transmits an indication of the resource reservation to at least one other UE, where the UE is of a first type and the at least one other UE is of a second type. Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communication are described to support allocation of a group-based configured uplink resource for idle mode uplink transmissions. User equipments (UEs) may be grouped geographically and/or functionally and may have sidelink communications among themselves, and may be in an inactive mode or an idle mode. A base station may allocation one or multiple configured uplink resources to the group of UEs, where the base station may be aware of the group based on signaling from a UE of the group. The group of UEs may determine which UE of the group may use the allocated resources, and in which occasions. Based on the determination, one or more UEs of the group may transmit an uplink message to the base station using the configured uplink resource assigned to the group.

Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive a video-based channel state information (VCSI) configuration. The UE may cause a camera to capture channel state information (CSI) video based at least in part on one or more VCSI measurement parameters indicated in the VCSI configuration. The UE may derive, from the CSI video, one or more VCSI measurements using a machine learning model indicated in the VCSI configuration.
