A vibration motor is provided in the present disclosure. The vibration motor includes a shell providing an accommodating space, and a vibrating system elastically suspended and accommodated in the accommodating space. The vibrating system includes a magnet assembly and a coil assembly arranged opposite to each other. The coil assembly includes a coil unit with a lead wire, and a first circuit board connected to the lead wire. The vibrating system further includes a second circuit board fixed to the shell, and a twist line unit connected between the first circuit board and the second circuit board.

Vibration motor

A vibration motor is provided in the present disclosure. The vibration motor includes a shell providing an accommodating space, a vibrating system accommodated in the accommodating space, a pair of elastic connectors for suspending the vibrating system in the accommodating space, and at least one block member fixed to the shell. The vibrating system includes at least one mass member with a limiting groove, the limiting groove is formed at a surface of the at least one mass member along a direction perpendicular to a vibrating direction of the vibrating system. The at least one block member is partly received in the limiting groove, and a distance between the at least one block member and the at least one mass member is not greater than a maximum vibrating amplitude of the vibrating system.

A vibrating motor is provided in the present disclosure. The vibrating motor includes a shell, a base covered by the shell for forming an accommodating space, a vibrating system accommodated in the accommodating space, and a pair of elastic connectors connected to two opposite ends of the vibrating system respectively for elastically suspending the vibrating system in the accommodating space. Each elastic connector includes a first elastic member and a second elastic member for connecting a corresponding end of the vibrating system to the shell; the first elastic member includes a first elastic arm, and the second elastic member includes a second elastic arm crossing over and interesting with the first elastic arm.

Vibrating motor

A vibration motor is provided. The vibration motor includes a shell, a vibrating component disposed in the shell, coils secured in the shell and elastic connectors which are used to support the vibrating component elastically. The vibrating component comprises a mass block, a first magnet steel assembly and a second magnet steel assembly received in the mass block. The coils comprise a first coil disposed opposite to the first magnet steel assembly and a second coil disposed opposite to the second magnet steel assembly. The driving force generated by the first magnet steel assembly and the first coil can drive the vibration motor to vibrate along a first direction, while the driving force generated by the second magnet steel assembly and the second coil can drive the vibration motor to vibrate along a second direction, wherein the first direction and the second direction intersects to each other.

A vibration motor includes a housing having an accommodation space, a cover plate connecting with the housing, a first vibration system and a second vibration system supported in the accommodation space elastically. The first vibration system includes a first weight and at least one permanent magnet. The second vibration system includes a second weight and at least one coil. A first limiting block is arranged on the cover plate, and a second limiting block is arranged on the bottom wall of the said housing. A first limiting hole corresponding to the first limiting block is formed for receiving at least part of the first limiting block; and a second limiting hole corresponding to the second limiting block is formed for receiving part of the second limiting block.

A vibration motor is disclosed. The vibration motor includes a housing forming a receiving space; a plurality of elastic members accommodated in the receiving space and connected to the housing; a vibration unit suspended by the elastic members in the receiving space, the vibration unit including a weight having a through hole; a plurality of blocks arranged on the housing, the block at least partially received in the through hole; and a plurality of positioning portions formed on the housing and protruding toward the weight for engaging with the blocks for fixing the blocks.

A vibration motor includes a fixation part having a housing forming an accommodation space and at least one coil fixed in the accommodation space, a vibration part including a magnet and a weight for accommodating the magnet, an elastic connecting part for suspending the vibration part in the accommodation space; a damping element accommodated in the weight; a limiting column penetrating the damping element and extending along a direction from the magnet to the coil, two ends of the limiting column being fixed to the housing.

A vibration motor is disclosed. The vibration motor includes a housing having a bottom wall and a sidewall extending from the bottom wall; a cover engaging with the housing for forming a receiving space; a first vibration system suspended by a first elastic member in the receiving space; a second vibration system suspended by a second elastic member in the receiving space; a first restricting hole penetrating the first vibration system; a second restricting hole penetrating the second vibration system; a channel formed cooperatively by the first restricting hole and the second restricting hole; a restricting block having one end fixed to the cover, another end fixed to the bottom wall, and a middle portion at least partially received in the channel.

The present disclosure relates to a linear vibrator including a bottom plate, a voice coil fixed on the bottom plate, a mass block which has a receiving space and located above the voice coil, a magnet array in the receiving space, the magnet array including odd number of longitudinally magnetized first magnets and even number of transversely magnetized second magnets, the first magnets and the second magnets being arranged alternately in a row, and the adjacent first magnets in opposite magnetization direction and the adjacent second magnets in opposite magnetization direction.

Linear vibrator

The present disclosure provides a magnetic circuit system. The magnetic circuit system comprises a main magnet assembly, the main magnet assembly includes a first main magnet, a second magnet spaced with the first main magnet, and a soft magnet clamped between the first main magnet and the second main magnet, poles of the first and second main magnets with a same polarity are opposite to each other, and the magnetic circuit system further comprises a clamping portion configured to fix the main magnet assembly. The present disclosure further provides a speaker using the magnetic circuit system. In the speaker provided by the present disclosure, through adding a clamping portion in the magnetic circuit system, the reliability of the magnetic circuit system can be enhanced, thereby improving acoustics performance of the speaker.

Magnetic circuit system and speaker using same

The present disclosure provide a speaker, including a vibrating system and a magnet portion driving the vibrating system, the vibrating system includes a diaphragm and a voice coil driving the diaphragm to vibrate, the diaphragm includes a first fixing portion, a second fixing portion and a vibrating portion connected between the first fixing portion and the second fixing portion, the first fixing portion is fixed on the magnet portion, the second fixing portion is fixed on the frame, the vibrating portion includes a vibrating main portion and a first suspension and a second suspension provided at two ends of the vibrating main portion, the vibrating main portion vibrates at a side of the magnet portion under driving of the voice coil, the magnet portion is provided with an avoiding step at a position corresponding to the first suspension so as to avoid vibration of the first suspension.

Speaker

An elastic member is provided in the present disclosure. The elastic member includes a first elastic part for providing a first amplitude and a second elastic part connected to the first elastic part for providing a second amplitude. The first elastic part includes a first connecting part and a first connecting arm extending from the first connecting part; the second elastic part includes a second connecting arm and a second connecting part extending from the second connecting arm; the second connecting part is parallel to the first connecting part, the second connecting arm extends substantially towards the first connecting parts. A vibrating motor using the elastic member is also provided in the present disclosure.

Elastic member and vibrating motor using same

A double resonance vibration motor includes a housing, vibration parts in the housing, a coil fixed in the housing, and elastic connectors to support elastically the vibration part. The vibration parts include a mass block, a first magnet group and a second magnet group installed in the mass block. The coil is opposite to the first magnetic group and the second magnetic group. The driving force generated by the first magnetic group and the coil makes the vibration motor vibrate along the first direction. The driving force of the second magnet group and the coil makes the vibration motor vibrate along the second direction. The first direction and the second direction intersect. Two different directions have respectively one resonance frequency. Two different resonant frequencies can vibrate alone or at the same time, to realize the control in different vibration directions.

Double resonance vibration motor

A linear vibrating motor is provided in the present disclosure. The linear vibrating motor includes a shell, a vibrating unit, a coil module and an elastic module. The shell provides a receiving cavity, the vibrating unit is received in the receiving cavity and includes a magnet module; the coil module surrounds the magnet module for driving the vibrating unit to vibrate; the elastic module includes a pair of elastic members for suspending the vibrating unit. Each of the elastic members comprises an elastic part for providing an elastic force to the vibrating unit in a vibrating direction thereof, and an elastic deforming capability of the elastic part in the vibration direction is greater than that in other directions.

Linear vibrating motor

A vibration motor includes a housing; a vibration unit accommodated and suspended in the housing, the vibration unit including a first vibrator having a first resonant frequency, and a second vibrator having a second resonant frequency; a first elastic member having one end fixed to the first vibrator and another end fixed to the housing for suspending the first vibrator in the housing; and a second elastic member having one end fixed to the second vibrator and another end fixed to the housing for suspending the second vibrator in the housing. By virtue of the configuration, the vibration motor is capable of working at two different resonant frequencies.
