This disclosure relates to methods, devices and systems for real-time recognition of restoration of spontaneous circulation (ROSC) in cardio-pulmonary resuscitation (CPR) process. Recognition mechanisms in both time domain and frequency domain are provided for the ROSC recognition, where the time-domain recognition logic may detect the ROSC by recognizing envelope features of sampled signals in the time domain, and the frequency-domain recognition logic may detect the ROSC by recognizing spectral peaks at different frequency points continuously or significant variations of amplitude of spectral peaks in the frequency spectrum.

An optical system includes an objective lens module, an image inverting module, and an eyepiece module. The objective lens module includes a first lens group, a second lens group, a third lens group, a fourth lens group, and a fifth lens group. The optical system satisfies at least one of the following conditions: 0.45≤LGD/LGD≤0.8; 0.015 mm≤1/fG≤0.045 mm; 0.045 mm≤|1/fG|≤0.07 mm; 0.35≤|fG/fG|≤0.75; 0.15≤fG/f≤1.6; wherein LGD is an effective optical diameter of the fourth lens group, LGD is an effective optical diameter of the first lens group, fGis an effective focal length of the first lens group, fGis an effective focal length of the third lens group, fGis an effective focal length of the fourth lens group, and f is an effective focal length of the objective lens module.

A method for calculating physiological parameters includes: selecting a section of time domain signal corresponding to at least one signal of red light and infrared light obtained by sampling, and performing a conversion from time domain to frequency domain to obtain a corresponding frequency domain signal; selecting all rational frequency spectrum peak information, calculating energy information of selected reasonable frequency spectrum peaks, and forming a frequency spectrum peak energy ratio sequence; constructing a stability coefficient according to the frequency spectrum peak energy ratio sequence, and if the stability coefficient is low, constructing a compensation coefficient by using the frequency spectrum peak energy ratio sequence; and compensating for at least one of the time domain signal and the frequency domain signal by using the compensation coefficient, and calculating based on at least one of the compensated time domain signal and the frequency domain signal to obtain the physiological parameters.

Methods and systems for calculating physiological parameters

Medical devices, plug-ins, systems, and methods for CPR quality feedback are disclosed. The medical devices can calculate peripheral circulation relevant parameters based on measured signals containing at least partial hemodynamic characteristics. Amplitude and area characteristics included in the peripheral circulation relevant parameters can further be determined for providing feedback and control relating to CPR quality during the compression process. Also, compression interruption during CPR can be evaluated based on a pulse waveform generated from the measured signals.
