A banknote jam determination system and method, the determination system comprising a sensor unit (), a banknote information storage unit (), a banknote jam threshold computing unit () and a banknote jam status determination unit (). The banknote jam threshold computing unit () can compute a threshold (M) according to an actual space (S) between the actual length (L) of the banknote and the sensor. The banknote jam status determination unit () uses a threshold (M) computed in real time to determine whether a banknote jam occurs, and therefore the banknote jam determination system and method are a dynamic banknote jam determination technique based on a varied threshold (M) of a banknote and a sensor, and can improve measurement precision and ensure reliability.

A control method based on a single-power caching mechanism. The single-power caching mechanism comprises an active coiling block, a driving motor, passive coiling blocks, and a tape coiling. The active coiling block is disposed on the driving motor. The active roiling block and the passive coiling blocks are connected through the tape coiling. The control method comprises the following steps: 1) when the driving motor needs to be shut down, detecting a rotational inertia of the active coiling block, a semidiameter of the active coiling block, a semidiameter of the passive coiling blocks, and a rotational inertia of the passive coiling blocks; and 2) controlling a breaking torque of the driving motor to be M&#x2266;I&#xd7;r&#xd7;M/(I&#xd7;R), Mbeing a torsional moment of the passive coiling blocks. Also disclosed is a control system based on a single-power caching mechanism. When the breaking torque Mof the driving motor is controlled to be smaller than or equal to I&#xd7;r&#xd7;M/(I&#xd7;R), it can be ensured that the active coiling block and the passive coiling blocks remain a same operation state in a process of reducing the speed until they are static completely, rotational distances are equal and the tape coiling is straightened.

Control method and control system based on single-power caching mechanism

A sheet medium separating mechanism and a control method and a control system thereof. When the head part of a currently separated medium reaches the front boundary of a preset speed regulating region in front of a money distributing wheel () and the tail part of the currently separated medium leaves the back boundary of a preset speed regulating region on the money distributing wheel, relative speeds of a money distributing wheel motor () and a back money distributing power wheel motor () are regulated, so that a preset medium separating distance is kept between the tail part of the currently separated medium and the head part of a next separated medium. Therefore, the sheet medium separating mechanism is adapted to sheet media of different shapes and different specifications, the money distributing wheel size and rotary inertia of longitudinal deposit equipment are reduced, and the motor load is effectively lowered.
