An orthopedic surgical instrument comprising: a customized patient-specific acetabular reaming guide comprising an at least partially circular body, having an inner surface defining a slot sized to receive an acetabular reamer head, and further having a top surface defining a contact element; at least one support element configured for supporting the at least partially circular body on a patient-specific anatomy of a coxal bone; and further comprising at least one acetabular reamer head comprising a bone milling portion configured for insertion in the slot of the acetabular reaming guide; a connecting element configured for removable attachment to a reamer's shank for operation of the at least one acetabular reamer head; wherein the orthopedic surgical instrument further comprises an abutment element attached to a top portion at least one acetabular reamer head and configured to limit a milling depth of the bone milling portion, by resting on the contact element of the acetabular reaming guide.

Scapular anchor for fixing a glenoid component of a shoulder joint prosthesis to a scapula with compromised anatomy and related method for manufacturing said scapular anchor

A device for resecting a femur includes a resection body provided with resection grooves configured to receive a cutting surgical instrument to obtain at least two sections of the femur. The resection body has two separate elements, selectively assembleable to each other in a stable and releasable manner. A first element is a cutting template, having the resection grooves. A second element is a measuring and reference member, having a plurality of measuring and reference holes configured to determine an angular offsetting with respect to a longitudinal axis of the femur, and an axial translation along the longitudinal axis of the femur between the two sections. A releasable holder is provided between the cutting template and the measuring and reference member. The measuring and reference holes are made on the measuring and reference member according to a matrix associated with axial and angular coordinates in ordered rows and columns.
