The compression unit include an oscillating plunger body housed inside a stationary housing seating made in a piston element, the plunger body being conformed as a double element spherical cap, the first spherical cap element facing towards the piston element, being entirely contained inside the containing seating cradle and cooperating rotatably, with the inner spherical surface of the seating, the second spherical cap element being partly outside the containing cradle and facing towards the translatable surface and partly cooperating with the at least partly spherical surface of a movable element solid with the translatable surface. Between the first and second spherical cap elements there is placed an annular cylindrical connection and centering element including an elastic ring.
