Aspects of the disclosure include bodily lumen reshaping and reduction systems, devices and methods. Such implants can include a plurality of anchors serially interconnected with a cinching member. Delivery devices of the disclosure are configured to deploy a first anchor into tissue. The delivery device can then deploy a second anchor and wind the cinching member around the second anchor to reduce a distance between the first and second anchors, placating the tissue between the anchors. Additional anchors can be similarly deployed and the cinching member can be similarly adjusted to reshape the lumen. Methods of deploying and reshaping a bodily lumen are also disclosed. In various examples, the bodily lumen is a heart valve, atrial appendage, portion of a gastrointestinal tract or urethra. Various embodiments include one or more anchors having a ratchet assembly or the like to substantially prevent the cinching member from unwinding.

Systems, devices and methods for reshaping a bodily lumen

Aspects of the disclosure provide a cardiac implant delivery device including catheter having a distal end and a telescoping capsule assembly secured to the distal end. The capsule assembly can include a distal capsule and a proximal capsule. Other embodiments include additional capsules positioned between the proximal and distal capsules. The capsule assembly has a loaded arrangement and a deployed arrangement. As the capsule assembly transitions from the loaded arrangement fully covering the implant to the deployed arrangement, the proximal capsule and any intermediate capsules move distally in the direction of the distal capsule to unsheathe the implant. In various embodiments, the cardiac implant is a prosthetic heart valve. Methods of delivering a cardiac implant are also disclosed. Various methods include methods of delivering a replacement tricuspid heart valve.

Telescoping capsule assembly for transcatheter valve repair and methods

Transcatheter aortic valve prostheses for improving the cardiac function of a patient suffering from coronary artery disease. Transcatheter aortic valve prostheses include a valve component and a frame. The valve component includes valve leaflets and a skirt. The frame includes access cells that improve access to a patient's coronary arteries if further intervention is required and/or includes a window or conduction protection cell that is oriented to align with a portion of conduction system of the heart in situ to reduce conduction disturbances of the anatomy. Suture patterns for attaching a commissure to a commissure post of the frame, and for attaching a tissue bumper to the commissure post, are also described.

Transcatheter heart valve prostheses

An example medical system includes a medical device configured to join the edges of the leaflets together, an elongate body configured to be navigated through vasculature to a heart valve of patient, and a plurality of tissue engagement devices extending from a distal end of the elongate body, each tissue engagement device comprising at least one clamp configured to capture leaflets of the heart valve.

Heart valve repair

In some examples, a delivery device includes a handle that includes a control member, an elongate body, a plurality of arms extending from a distal portion of the elongate body to a distal collar configured to releasably couple to an annuloplasty device. The plurality of arms is operatively coupled to the control member and configured to position the annuloplasty device at a target site in a patient. The delivery device further comprises a plurality of anchors configured to secure the annuloplasty device to tissue at the target site, each respective anchor of the plurality of anchors deployable from a respective arm of the plurality of arms.

In some examples, the disclosure describes an annuloplasty device that comprises a tube-like structure configured to extend around at least part of a circumference of an annulus of a cardiac or vascular valve of a patient, and at least one anchor configured to anchor the tube-like structure to the annulus. The tube-like structure is configured to decrease a distance between valve leaflets that extend from the annulus.

The disclosure describes an annuloplasty device that includes a wire configured to extend around at least part of an annulus of a cardiac or vascular valve, such as at least partially around a circumference of the annulus, and a plurality of anchors. The anchors of the plurality of anchors are configured to engage the wire and anchor the wire to the annulus. The wire is configured to urge at least some anchors of the plurality of anchors toward each other in a radially inward direction to decrease a distance between valve leaflets that extend from the annulus.
