A flexible display panel, a display device, and a manufacturing method for the flexible display panel are provided. The flexible display panel includes a first flexible substrate, a first metal layer on the first flexible substrate, and a second flexible substrate on the first metal layer. The flexible display panel further includes a first packaging barrier layer on the electroluminescent element, a second metal layer on the first packaging barrier layer, and a second packaging barrier layer on the second metal layer. The bendability and the flexibility of the proposed packaging structure of an electroluminescent element are significantly enhanced, which helps to improve the flexibility and the bendability of a display device to which the packaging structure of an electroluminescent element is applied.

OLED with mesh metal layer in flexible substrate

A flexible display panel with an electroluminescent element, a display device, and a manufacturing method for the packaging structure of an electroluminescent element are provided. The flexible display panel comprises: a first flexible substrate, a first metal mesh on the first flexible substrate, a second flexible substrate on the first metal mesh. The bendability and the flexibility of the proposed flexible display panel are significantly enhanced, which helps to improve the flexibility and the bendability of a display device to which the flexible display panel is applied.

The display substrate includes a display area and a package area surrounding the display area. The display substrate includes a base substrate and an interlayer insulating layer on the substrate. The interlayer insulating layer has a groove, an orthographic projection of the groove on the base substrate is located within an orthographic projection of the package area on the base substrate, and the groove is provided with a sealing material.

The present disclosure provides a display device. The display device includes a first substrate, the first substrate being provided with a first relief groove, a second substrate, the second substrate being provided with a second relief groove, and a sealant. The sealant is sandwiched between the first substrate and the second substrate so as to seal the first substrate and the second substrate. Furthermore, the sealant is spaced apart from outer edges of the first substrate and the second substrate. The first relief groove is located between the sealant and the outer edge of the first substrate, and the second relief groove is located between the sealant and the outer edge of the second substrate.

The present application provides a cleaning apparatus and a cleaning method. The cleaning apparatus includes two wiping parts opposite to each other, a connection part and a cleanliness detection device. The two wiping parts defines a space therebetween to accommodate a part to be cleaned. The two wiping parts are connected through the connection part. The cleanliness detection device is configured to detect cleanliness of the part to be cleaned. The connection part is configured to control a distance between the two wiping parts based on the detected cleanliness.

The present disclosure provides a display panel and a fabricating method thereof, and a display device. The fabricating method for the display panel includes forming a glass adhesive layer on a packaging region of a first substrate, forming an OLED device on a display region of the first substrate, and aligning the first substrate with a second substrate, and forming a sealing structure between the first substrate and the second substrate by irradiating the packaging region with laser. The fabricating method for the display panel according to an embodiment of the present disclosure avoids the occurrence of the phenomenon that the coated glass adhesive layer and the evaporated organic light emitting layer are offset during the subsequent packaging process, by fabricating the glass adhesive layer on the substrate for forming the OLED device, thereby the production efficiency of the overall packaging process is enhanced.

An embodiment of the present disclosure discloses an evaporation method, including: providing a flexible substrate having an original size; stretching the flexible substrate to have an evaporation size, wherein, the evaporation size is greater than the original size; arranging a mask on a side of the flexible substrate having the evaporation size; evaporating a material onto the flexible substrate having the evaporation size by using the mask, to form a patterned film layer.
