A window-locking assembly is used on a window assembly and has a body, a drive device and a locking device. The body has a chamber, two detents, a pivot hole, a spring seat and two latch grooves. The drive device is attached pivotally to the body and has a handle, a mounting head and a jacket. The mounting head protrudes from the handle, is mounted rotatably in the pivot hole and extends into the chamber. The locking device is connected to the drive device in the chamber and has a locking arm, a resilient element and a mounting element. The locking arm is attached pivotally to the mounting head with the mounting element. The resilient element is mounted on the spring seat and presses against the locking arm.

Window-locking assembly

A door-closing assembly is used on a door and has a body, a drive device and a fastening device. The body is mounted on the door and has a connecting element, a longitudinal hole and a threaded hole. The longitudinal hole is defined in the bottom near the proximal end of the body. The threaded hole is formed in the body at the distal end and communicates with the longitudinal hole. The drive device is mounted in the body and has a mounting pillar, a jacket, a holding head and a spring. The mounting pillar is held inside the longitudinal hole. The jacket is slidably held inside the threaded hole and contacts with the mounting pillar. The holding head is screwed in the threaded hole. The spring is held between the jacket and the holding head. The fastening device is connected with the mounting pillar and has a bottom board.

Door-closing assembly

A door-closing assembly is used on a frameless glass door and has a body, a drive device, a mounting bracket and a holding device. The body has a mounting panel and a casing. The casing has an outer end, a transverse hole and a longitudinal hole. The longitudinal hole is formed in the outer end of the casing and communicates with the transverse hole. The drive device is mounted in the body and has a stationary post, a drive plug, a threaded plug and a spring. The stationary post is mounted inside the transverse hole. The drive plug is slidably mounted in the longitudinal hole and presses against the stationary post. The threaded plug is screwed in the longitudinal hole. The spring is held between the drive plug and the threaded plug. The mounting bracket is holds the stationary post in place. The holding device is mounted around the body.

Door-closing assembly of frameless glass door

An activating assembly for a screen door includes an assembly seat securable to the screen door and having a lever movably received in the assembly seat and a first recovery spring a to push the lever back to its original position, a driving rod in connection to the lever such that movement of the lever is able to force the driving rod to cause reaction of a lock device, a base seat securable to the screen door and having a second recovery spring compressibly received inside the base seat and a handle movable relative to the assembly seat and the base seat. The handle has a triangular end abutting the lever such that the movement of the handle is able to force the lever to pivot by the triangular end of the handle and the lock device is activated by movement of the driving rod.

Screen door handle activating assembly

A non-glass-cutting and adjustable hinge has a doorframe mount, a securing base, a spindle, a door bracket assembly, at least one positioning device and an adjusting assembly. The securing base is securely attached to the doorframe mount. The door bracket assembly is pivotally connected to the securing base with the spindle to attach to a glass panel and has a door bracket, two resilient plates, a pushing plate and multiple pushing bolts. The door bracket is constructed of a single body and has an engaging recess and multiple pushing threaded holes. The resilient plates are mounted inside the engaging recess and located respectively at two sides of the engaging recess. The pushing plate is mounted inside the engaging recess and abuts against one of the resilient plates. The pushing bolts are screwed respectively into the pushing threaded holes and push against the pushing plate.

Non-glass-cutting and adjustable automatic positioning hinge for a glass door

An adjustable hinge has a doorframe mount, a body, a spindle, a door bracket, at least one positioning device and an adjusting assembly. The body is securely attached to the doorframe mount. The spindle is mounted in the body and has an exterior surface with a middle portion. The door bracket is pivotally connected to the body with the spindle to attach to the glass panel of the glass door. The at least one positioning device is mounted between the door bracket and the spindle to position the glass panel in a specific position. The adjusting assembly is mounted between the body and the spindle and has a holding device and an adjusting device. The holding device is mounted on the middle portion of the spindle. The adjusting device is mounted in the body and fits with the holding device on the spindle.

Adjustable automatic positioning hinge for glass doors

An adjustable automatic positioning hinge for a glass door includes a doorframe mount, a body, a spindle, a positioning device, a door bracket and at least one pair of adjusting screws. The body is attached to the doorframe mount and rotatably holds the spindle. The spindle has an exterior surface and at least one adjusting flat defined in the exterior surface. The positioning device is mounted in the body to position the spindle. The door bracket holds the spindle and clamps a glass panel. The adjusting screws are mounted in the door bracket and respectively have an inside end abutting a corresponding adjusting flat. Consequently, the adjustable hinge is simple, and small adjustments can be made to align the glass panel with a doorframe of the glass door.

A securing device for a window includes a fixed support, a slide rod pivoted to the window and displaceably passed through a transverse hole of the fixed support, and a knob screwed into an axial screw hole of the fixed support for securing the slide rod after the window is moved to an intended position; a pair of curved pads is used for protecting the slide rod from scratching of the fixed support; each pad has a curved main body with convex and concave sides, an engaging protrusion on the convex side, and several ribs formed around and connected to the engaging protrusion; the pads are respectively positioned in the axial hole, and the fitting cavity with the concave sides facing each other, and with the ribs being pressed against inner sides of the fixed support for preventing the pads from falling off.

Securing device for a window

An adjustable automatic positioning hinge for a glass door includes a doorframe mount, a body, a spindle, a positioning device, a door bracket and two adjusting screws. The body is attached to the doorframe mount and rotatably holds the spindle. The spindle has an exterior surface and two inclined adjusting flats defined in the exterior surface. The positioning device is mounted in the body to position the spindle. The door bracket holds the spindle and clamps a glass panel. The adjusting screws are mounted in the door bracket and respectively have an inside end abutting the corresponding inclined adjusting flat. Consequently, the adjustable hinge is simple, and small adjustments can be made to align the glass panel with a doorframe of the glass door.

A handle of a glass door, which is made of such materials as to match glass, e.g. acrylic, includes handle parts, and metallic connecting blocks; each of the handle parts has two folded ends formed with connecting tail end portions; each of the metallic connecting blocks is formed with a holding cavity at a first end thereof, and is fitted over a respective connecting tail end portion of the handle parts at the holding cavity thereof; each handle part has a radial through hole formed across the connecting tail end portion thereof; each connecting block has holes aligned with the radial through hole of a corresponding tail end portion; securing elements are fitted in the holes of the connecting blocks as well as the radial through holes to securely join the connecting blocks to the handle parts.

Handle of a glass door

An adjustable automatic positioning hinge for a glass door has a doorframe bracket, a body, a spindle, a U-shaped male bracket and a U-shaped female bracket. The U-shaped male bracket and the U-shaped female bracket face and are attached to each other. The body is attached to the doorframe bracket, the U-shaped male bracket, the U-shaped female bracket and the spindle pivot relative to the body. A glass door is clamped between the U-shaped male bracket and the U-shaped female bracket. A spindle anchor hole is formed in central protrusion on the male bracket. The spindle has a first threaded hole and a second threaded hole radially formed in the spindle at an obtuse angle and setscrews screwed through the central protrusion into the first threaded hole and the second threaded hole hold and can be used to adjust the spindle.

Adjustable automatic positioning hinge for a glass door

A magnetic lock includes a first metal block securely received in the first frame, and an electrical magnet adapted to connect to a power source to selectively become a magnet and a second frame adapted to be mounted on a door and provided with a second metal block movable respect to the first metal block and the second frame. The second metal block has two retaining recesses to respectively receive therein two clamping blocks. Each of the two clamping blocks is adapted to be movably received in the two retaining recesses and has a recess to receive therein one of the two bolts. When the second metal block is moved by an external force, an inner side face of the recess of each of the clamping blocks abuts a side face of each of the bolts so that the door is still secured to the doorframe.

Magnetic swing door lock

A panic door lock includes a housing and a dead bolt that is movable in the housing between an extended position and a retracted position. The dead bolt is spring-loaded and tends to be moved to the extended position. The dead bolt has a slot defined in place therein. A detent has an inner claw adapted to enter the slot and retain the dead bolt in the retracted position as long as the dead bolt is moved to the first retracted position. In addition, a spring-loaded trigger having a tip normally extended out the housing is provided. The trigger is engagable with the detent so that the inner claw may exit the slot and release the dead bolt from the retracted position when the tip of the trigger is pressed into the housing.

Panic door lock

An hinge auto-return device for a glass door includes a body containing a longitudinal pivot hole to rotatably receive a pivot pin in the body and a lateral guide hole to movably receive a positioning block in the body. The lateral guide hole extends perpendicular to communicate with the pivot hole. At lest one blind hole is longitudinally defined in the positioning block to mount at least one resilient member in the positioning block. The positioning block has a contact face forced by the resilience of the resilient member to press against a flat segment of the pivot pin when a hinge assembled with the auto-return device is attached to a glass door and hinges the glass door on a doorframe. The positioning block is able to slide smoothly in the guide hole in the body of the auto-return device so that the auto-return device performs reliably and durably.
