A light-emitting device includes a first semiconductor layer, a light-emitting functional layer and a second semiconductor layer that are stacked. The first semiconductor layer includes a first semiconductor pattern and a second semiconductor pattern. The light-emitting functional layer includes a first light-emitting pattern and a second light-emitting pattern spaced apart. The second semiconductor layer includes a third semiconductor pattern and a fourth semiconductor pattern spaced apart. Orthographic projections of the first semiconductor pattern, the first light-emitting pattern and the third semiconductor pattern on a reference plane at least partially overlap to form a first light-emitting portion. Orthographic projections of the second semiconductor pattern, the second light-emitting pattern and the fourth semiconductor pattern on the reference plane at least partially overlap to form a second light-emitting portion. At least one pixel unit (P, P, P, P) comprises: a main light-emitting unit and an auxiliary light-emitting unit; and the at least one compensation circuit is connected to the auxiliary light-emitting unit of the at least one pixel unit (P, P, P, P). The at least one compensation circuit is configured to measure the brightness or temperature of the at least one pixel unit (P, P, P, P) and control the auxiliary light-emitting unit of the at least one pixel unit (P, P, P, P) to emit light according to a measurement result.

A display panel has a display region and a fan-out lead region, the fan-out lead region is located within the display region. The display panel comprises a base, a pixel circuit layer, a plurality of fan-out leads disposed between the base and the pixel circuit layer and located in the fan-out lead region, and an electrical field shielding pattern disposed between the pixel circuit layer and a film layer in which the plurality of fan-out leads are located. The pixel circuit layer includes a plurality of pixel circuits, at least one pixel circuit is located in the fan-out lead region. At least one fan-out lead is electrically connected to the pixel circuits. Orthographic projection of active layer patterns of transistors of the pixel circuit located in the fan-out lead region on the base are located within an orthographic projection of the electric field shielding pattern on the base.

Display panel and method for manufacturing a display panel having a tiled screen with a fan-out lead region

The present disclosure provides a shift register unit, a gate driver circuit, and a display device, belonging to the field of display technology, which can solve the problem of unstable threshold voltage and current leakage of thin film transistors in existing shift register units. The shift register unit in the present disclosure includes: an input subcircuit, an output subcircuit, a pull-down control subcircuit, a pull-down subcircuit, a first noise reduction subcircuit, a first auxiliary control subcircuit, and a second auxiliary control subcircuit. The first auxiliary control subcircuit is configured to write the third reference level signal to the pull-down control node when the pull-down node is the first reference level signal, and control the pull-down subcircuit to be closed to control the first noise reduction subcircuit to be open.

Shift register units, gate driver circuits, and display devices

A pixel circuit includes a plurality of driving transistors and a plurality of gating sub-circuits. The plurality of driving transistors are configured to output different driving currents under control of a received control signal. Each gating sub-circuit is electrically connected to a respective selection signal terminal, a scanning signal terminal, a respective driving transistor and a light-emitting device, and is configured to be turned on under control of a scanning signal from the scanning signal terminal and a selection signal from the selection signal terminal to transmit a driving current from the connected driving transistor to the light-emitting device. Within a frame period, one of a plurality of selection signal terminals respectively electrically connected to the plurality of gating sub-circuits outputs a selection signal.

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a flexible sensor, including a flexible substrate; a plurality of ultrasonic detectors, on the flexible substrate; and a plurality of detection circuits, respectively corresponding to the ultrasonic detectors; wherein each of the detection circuits is between the flexible substrate and the corresponding ultrasonic detector, and configured to drive the ultrasonic detector to emit an ultrasonic wave, and detect a detection signal output by the ultrasonic detector after receiving the ultrasonic wave; each of the ultrasonic detectors includes: a first electrode coupled to the corresponding detection circuit, a second electrode on a side of the first electrode away from the flexible substrate, and a piezoelectric induction layer between the first electrode and the second electrode; a plurality of holes are provided in a region other than a region where the detection circuits are located.

Flexible sensor

The present disclosure provides a display substrate and a display device. The display substrate includes a pixel circuit, and the pixel circuit includes a light-emitting element, a driving circuit and a capacitor circuit. The driving circuit is configured to drive the light-emitting element to emit light; a first terminal of the capacitor circuit is electrically connected to a control terminal of the driving circuit, and a second terminal of the capacitor circuit is electrically connected to a data writing-in node; the capacitor circuit includes at least two capacitors connected in parallel with each other.

Display substrate and display device

A pixel driving circuit includes a data writing circuit, a light-emitting control circuit and a light-emitting diode chip. The data writing circuit is electrically connected to a first scanning signal terminal, a data signal terminal and a first node. The light-emitting control circuit is electrically connected to the first node, an enable signal terminal, a first voltage signal terminal and a second node, and is configured to transmit a first voltage signal received at the first voltage signal terminal to the second node. A display substrate includes a base substrate, and a plurality of light emitters and a plurality of light sensors over the base substrate. The light emitters and light sensors are configured to respectively emit lights towards, and sense lights reflected by, a pattern to be detected, such as a fingerprint. At least one light emitter includes a first electrode, a light-emitting layer, and a second electrode, sequentially over the base substrate. At least one light sensor includes a third electrode, a photosensitive layer, and a fourth electrode, sequentially over the base substrate. The first electrode and the third electrode are integral or the second electrode and the fourth electrode are integral. A method of using the display substrate to identify a pattern such as a fingerprint can be employed by a display panel containing the display substrate.

The present disclosure provides a driving substrate including: a flexible substrate base, a plurality of thin film transistors on the flexible substrate base and a first conductive pattern layer on a side of the thin film transistors distal to the flexible substrate base. The first conductive pattern layer includes: a plurality of first connection terminals in the display region and a plurality of signal supply lines in the bendable region. A first number of first connection terminals are electrically coupled to first electrodes of the plurality of thin film transistors. The plurality of signal supply lines are coupled to a second number of first connection terminals other than the first number of first connection terminals. At least one inorganic insulating layer including a hollowed-out pattern in the bendable region is between the first conductive pattern layer and the flexible substrate base.

The present application describes a display panel having a plurality of subpixels. Each of the plurality of subpixels has a light blocking region and a light transmissive region surrounding the light blocking region. Each of the plurality of subpixels in the light blocking region includes a first base substrate and a second base substrate facing each other; a first light emitting element and a first reflective block on a side of the first base substrate proximal to the second base substrate; and a second reflective block on a side of the second base substrate proximal to the first base substrate. The first reflective block and the second reflective block are configured to reflect light emitted from the first light emitting element to the light transmissive region thereby displaying an image.
