The present disclosure provides an ultrasonic transducer and a focused ultrasound treatment device. The ultrasonic transducer includes a sound generation unit and a sound emitting surface, the sound emitting surface being a spherical surface having a first notch, a second notch and a third notch, wherein one great circle of a sphere corresponding to the sound emitting surface is a main great circle, the first notch and the second notch are respectively positioned at two intersections of the spherical surface and a diameter perpendicular to the main great circle, and the third notch connects the first notch with the second notch; each cross-section of the sound emitting surface parallel to the main great circle is in a shape of an arc; and the ultrasonic wave generated by the sound generation unit is focused on a center of the sphere corresponding to the sound emitting surface.

The present disclosure provides an extracorporeal focused ultrasound treatment device for a pelvic disease. The treatment device includes an ultrasonic transducer and a treatment couch. An intelligent tissue mimicking ultrasonic phantom, which is a temperature-sensitive polymer gel having the following characteristics: acoustic velocity: 1500-1550 m/s; acoustic impedance: (1.50-1.60)&#xd7;10Pa&#xb7;s/m; density: 1.01-1.06 g/cm; and a denaturation temperature around which there is a reversible phase transformation between the opaque phase and the transparent phase. Said gel can be a polymer of isopropylacrylamide (NIPA). Said ultrasonic phantom has a transparent appearance, and an adjustable thermal denaturation temperature; the thermal denaturation region of the ultrasonic phantom is distinct and has a well-defined boundary; the material of the phantom is stable and deterioration-resistant, and can ensure the consistency of the quality; the phantom is thermal denaturable with the appearance thereof turning white, while the phantom recovers when the heat is removed, such that it can be used repeatedly.

Intelligent tissue mimicking ultrasonic phantom and method of preparing the same

An ultrasonic transducer is disclosed, which includes one or a plurality of ultrasonic emitting units. Wavefronts of the ultrasonic waves emitted by the one or the plurality of ultrasonic emitting units are sphere surfaces with uniform radius, and the one or the plurality of ultrasonic emitting units can reflect ultrasound. The one ultrasonic emitting unit is configured to form a spherical resonant cavity, or the plurality of ultrasonic emitting units are configured to form a spherical resonant cavity collectively. An internal cavity of the spherical resonant cavity has a spherical shell shape or a cross-sectional spherical shell shape with a spherical center therein. The ultrasonic waves emitted by the one or the plurality of ultrasonic emitting units are focused on an area in which the spherical center of the spherical resonant cavity is located. The ultrasonic transducer not only can be provided with a large ultrasonic emitting area and a great focusing gain that render the energy of the ultrasonic focus enhanced dramatically, but also can be free from the influence of work frequency of an ultrasonic source.
