Provided is a polysiloxane, containing at least one segment selected from molecular structures shown by formula 1 below, wherein in formula 1, Q is an alkyl containing an alcoholic hydroxyl and having less than 12 carbon atoms in the main chain, or an alkyl containing an alcoholic hydroxyl and having less than 12 non-hydrogen atoms in the main chain and containing a heteroatom; and T is a hydroxyl, an alkyl, an alkyl containing an alcoholic hydroxyl and having less than 12 carbon atoms in the main chain, or an alkyl containing an alcoholic hydroxyl and having less than 12 non-hydrogen atoms in the main chain and containing a heteroatom. A doped slurry and a mask material prepared by using the polysiloxane, on the basis of having a good diffusivity, also have a good barrier property and a small amount of diffusion in air. In addition, according to a manufacturing method for a semiconductor, the diffusion in air of a doped impurity in the doped slurry is further reduced, so that the quality of a doping process can be further improved.

Provided are an aromatic amine compound as represented by formula (1), used for improving light extraction efficiency and color purity of an organic light-emitting element, an organic light-emitting element material containing the aromatic amine compound, an organic light-emitting element covering layer material containing the aromatic amine compound, and an organic light-emitting element containing the aromatic amine compound. The organic light-emitting element achieves high light-emitting efficiency and color reproducibility. The organic light-emitting element can be used as organic EL display, backlight source for liquid crystal display, illumination, light source for measurement devices, indication board or identification lamp etc. The organic light-emitting element significantly improves light extraction efficiency and has superior color purity.

Aromatic amine compound, light-emitting element materials and light-emitting element

An organic light-emitting element, including a substrate, a first electrode, a light-emitting layer containing one organic or more layer film, and a light-emitting element of a second electrode are disclosed. The light-emitting element is provided with a covering layer. For the organic material contained in covering layer, at least one point in the wavelength range between 430 nm and 460 nm the attenuation coefficient is greater than 0.10 while in the wavelength range of 460 nm to 500 nm its attenuation coefficient is 0.10 or below. The organic light-emitting element achieves high light-emitting efficiency and color reproducibility, and can be used as organic EL display, backlight source for liquid crystal display, illumination, light source for measurement devices, indication board or identification lamp etc.
