A magnesium-based fly ash porous sound-absorbing material with a surface hydrophobically modified, and a preparation method thereof are provided. In the preparation method, a basic magnesium sulfate cement is adopted as a cementing agent and a fly ash is adopted as a mineral admixture to prepare a slurry; foaming is conducted through a physical foaming process in a foaming machine to obtain a foam; and the foam is mixed with the slurry, and a resulting mixture is poured and cured, and then subjected to a surface hydrophobic modification through vapor deposition to obtain the sound-absorbing material. The sound-absorbing material has a density of 251 kg/mto 306 kg/m, a noise reduction coefficient (NRC) of 0.65 to 0.7, a compressive strength of 1.8 MPa to 2.2 MPa, and a water contact angle of 129° to 151°.

A method for preparing phosphorus-doped graphene using phosphorus-containing sludge and biomass, belonging to the field of solid waste resource utilization and environmental protection technologies, includes: performing a hydrothermal reaction with the phosphorus-containing sludge and the biomass to obtain a product, washing and drying the product to obtain phosphorus-doped hydrochar, and subjecting the phosphorus-doped hydrochar to a flash Joule heating treatment to obtain the phosphorus-doped graphene. The method for preparing the phosphorus-doped graphene by flash Joule heating is based on cheap and easily available phosphorus containing sludge and corn cobs as precursors. The high-quality phosphorus-doped graphene can be obtained by the flash Joule heating after in-situ phosphorus doping by a hydrothermal carbonization method. The method for preparing the phosphorus-doped graphene is controllable, fast, simple and efficient, which is beneficial to large-scale production and application.

Method for preparing phosphorus-doped graphene using phosphorus-containing sludge and biomass

The process comprises contacting the feedstock with an organic phase comprising a phosphonium salt or ammonium salt ionic liquid under liquid-liquid extraction conditions for a time sufficient to allow transfer of at least some of the Fe(III) ions from the feedstock to the organic phase to provide an Fe(III) ion laden organic phase and an Fe(III) depleted feedstock, and separating the Fe(III) ion laden organic phase from the Fe(III) depleted feedstock.
