Disclosed are a metasurface-based structured light 3D imaging system and method, which use a metasurface-based control device to realize high-quality control of a laser beam, use a MEMS micromirror to scan and project the laser beam, and realize high-precision reconstruction of 3D information of the surface of an object together with related structured light design and demodulation methods. The invention realizes fine control of a structured light, improves the quality of a structured light field, reduces laser speckles and improves power, thus improving 3D imaging precision and robustness.

The surface of a comb of the electrostatically driven comb structure of the MEMS has an insulating layer, and the insulating layers on the surfaces of adjacent combs are the same type of insulating layers or different insulating layers; the micro-mirror with the electrostatically driven comb structure of the MEMS successively includes a substrate, an isolating layer and a device layer from bottom to top; the method for manufacturing the micro-mirror prepares the insulating layers by high temperature oxidization, plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition, low pressure chemical vapor deposition, atmospheric pressure chemical vapor deposition, physical deposition, atomic layer deposition or stepwise heterogeneous deposition; same or different insulating layers are obtained on the surfaces of the driving comb and the ground comb; when the driving comb and the ground comb adsorb each other, the insulating layers on the surfaces of the two contact without forming a short circuit, so that a good insulating effect is achieved. The electrostatically driven MEMS micro-mirror capable of preventing adsorptive damage provided by the present invention features compact structure and simple process.

Disclosed are an automatic welding system and method for large structural parts based on hybrid robots and 3D vision. The system comprises a hybrid robot system composed of a mobile robot and an MDOF robot, a 3D vision system, and a welding system used for welding. The rough positioning technique based on a mobile platform and the accurate recognition and positioning technique based on high-accuracy 3D vision are combined, so the working range of the MDOF robot in the XYZ directions is expanded, and flexible welding of large structural parts is realized. The invention adopts 3D vision, thus having better error tolerance and lower requirements for the machining accuracy of workpieces, positioning accuracy of mobile robots and placement accuracy of the workpieces; and the cost is reduced, the flexibility is improved, the working range is expanded, labor is saved, production efficiency is improved, and welding quality is improved.

The present disclosure provides a method and device for detecting and repairing a channel anomaly of an active antenna, and the method includes: an operation state of a transmission channel or a reception channel is determined by analyzing in real time data of a feedback coupling channel or data of the reception channel, if the operation state is anomalous, an anomaly protection is performed and an alarm is reported; a level of the alarm and a reason causing the alarm are determined, if data of the transmission/reception channel are anomalous and the anomaly protection is performed, a current antenna beam forming parameter is stored and the antenna beam forming parameter is set to zero; after the alarm has been eliminated, a stored valid antenna beam forming parameter is set to a valid value; and if a transmission/reception analog channel operates anomalously and the anomaly protection is performed, the antenna beam forming parameter is re-acquired and an acquired valid antenna beam forming parameter is configured. The present disclosure can detect states of multiple transmission/reception channels of an active antenna without an extra calibration channel, thus reducing the design cost of a system.

A rechargeable lithium ion button cell battery having a sealed housing comprises an inner casing and an outer casing, both casings have at least one flat area as top or bottom of the battery, and a round or oval side wall vertically formed to the flat area. Said side walls are single wall not folded double walls. An insulation gasket is positioned between said side walls, and the outer casing opening is mechanically crimped to complete the seal of the battery. Inside the sealed housing the anode & cathode electrodes are spiral wound with separator to be a round or oval roll. Said roll axis is vertical to the said flat areas of the casings. The two electrodes are tapered in width and comprise current collectors of metal foils coated with lithium-intercalating active materials, leaving small area of uncoated metal foils as welding tabs for connecting to the casings. The tabs are welded to the casings respectively, or for the tab of the electrode which connecting to outer casing, welded to an aluminum flake first and said flake is pressed on the outer casing by said gasket. Two insulation washers could be applied to inner side of the casings to prevent short circuit. Such battery has high energy density, low impedance, high reliability and long cycle life.

With a conductive air diffusion layer of carbon black and polymeric materials, the current collecting substrate is disposed on one side of the air diffusion layer while the active layer is on the other side of the air diffusion layer. The current collecting substrate is in good contact with both the air diffusion layer and the cathode can of the cell, and it has absolutely no direct contact with the active layer. The performance of cells made therewith are significantly improved in high drain discharge situations and the internal impedance of the cells is reduced.
