A micro spectrum chip based on units of different shapes. The micro spectrum chip includes a CIS wafer and an optical modulation layer. The optical modulation layer includes several micro-nano structure units arranged on the surface of a photosensitive area of the CIS wafer. Each micro-nano structure unit includes a plurality of micro-nano structure arrays, and in each micro-nano structure unit, different micro-nano structure arrays are two-dimensional gratings composed of internal units of different shapes. In each micro-nano structure unit in this scheme, different micro-nano structure arrays have different shapes of internal units, and each group of micro-nano structure arrays have different modulation effects on lights with different wavelengths. The degree of freedom of 'shape' is fully utilized to obtain a rich modulation effect on the incident light. A two-dimensional grating structure based on internal units of different shapes is utilized.

The filtering effect of the optical filter layer on the incident light entering the optical filter layer serves as the connection weight from the input layer to the linear layer, such that the related functions of the input layer and the linear layer in the artificial neural network are achieved by the optical filter layer and the image sensor in the intelligent chip in a hardware manner, and no complicated signal processing and algorithm processing corresponding to the input layer and the linear layer need to be performed in the subsequent artificial neural network intelligent processing using the intelligent chip.

Provided is a display apparatus including a display panel, a timing controller, a source driver and a gate driver. The display apparatus is divided into a first region and a second region along a centerline. The timing controller includes a first timing connector and a second timing connector, which are located in the same region with the gate driver, and the first timing connector is located on a side of the second timing connector close to the gate driver. The first timing connector is configured to transmit a first signal, which includes a first power supply signal configured to supply power to the gate driver and a first control signal configured to control the gate driver to output a scan signal. The second timing connector is configured to transmit a second signal, which includes a second control signal configured to control the source driver to output a data signal.

A novel composite, and research on the preparation, application and the like of the composite. The method for preparing the composite comprises: contacting a polyinosinic-polycytidylic acid, at least one cationic stabilizer, and a soluble calcium salt in a liquid reaction system, the cationic stabilizer being a water-soluble non-antibiotic amino compound having a molecular weight of less than or equal to 5 kDa, or a graft copolymer formed by a water-soluble non-antibiotic amino compound and one or more of methoxypolyethylene glycol, polyethylene glycol, polyethylenimine, folic acid, or galactose. The composite has moderate viscosity and molecular weight, is convenient to use in pharmaceutical application, has stable chemical properties, is not easy to be degraded in long-term storage, and is safe to use. The composite, if used alone, can significantly enhance the non-specific immune response of the body and achieve the purpose of preventing and treating diseases, and other drugs, and can achieve better anti-tumor, anti-viral and anti-(super) bacteria efficacy and is easily absorbed by patients, if used in combination with other drugs.

Disclosed is a method for monolithic integration preparation of a full-color nitride semiconductor micro light-emitting diode (micro-LED) array. The method includes preparing a composite conductive substrate; overlaying an insulating template onto the composite conductive substrate to prepare a template substrate; overlaying monocrystalline graphene onto the template substrate in a completely aligned manner to obtain a customized template graphene substrate including graphene array units, wherein one blue-region graphene array element, one green-region graphene array element, and two red-region graphene array elements in each graphene array unit have surface properties different from each other; then performing an in-situ process to epitaxially grow a vertical-structure all-nitride material, to obtain a full-color micro-LED array epitaxial wafer by one-step in-situ process; finally, performing packaging and preparing a transparent electrode, to obtain a vertical-structure full-color nitride micro-LED array with top light emission.

Complex for enhancing immune response

A terahertz radiator is based on coherent Smith-Purcell radiation amplified by stimulation. The terahertz radiator includes an electron emission source configured to emit electron beams and a pumping source configured to emit pumping signals. The pumping signal interacts with a primary grating structure to obtain preliminarily bunched electrons. The preliminarily bunched electrons interact with the primary grating structure to generate coherent Smith-Purcell radiation. The coherent Smith-Purcell radiation and the pumping signals vertically resonate in a primary resonant cavity structure, so that the electron bunching density is increased, and in turn, the coherent Smith-Purcell radiation is enhanced. A positive feedback process is formed by free electrons and the coherent Smith-Purcell radiation, and the coherent Smith-Purcell radiation amplified by stimulation and periodic bunched electron bunches are obtained. The terahertz radiator can be used to realize a stimulated amplification phenomenon under the conditions of small current and large beam spots.

Disclosed is a method for preparing a nitride light emitting diode (LED) and nondestructive interface separation. A two-dimensional atomic crystal layer on a transparent substrate is modified by using an atomic irradiation technology, to obtain an irradiated region; a nitride LED structure is prepared on a modified two-dimensional atomic crystal layer, and a support substrate is cured by means of a metal functional layer; visible laser is incident from a back surface of the transparent substrate to directionally destruct the irradiated region of the two-dimensional atomic crystal layer, so as to obtain a whole structure of the nitride LED structure, the metal functional layer and the support substrate that are separated from the transparent substrate. The present disclosure can nondestructively separate the interface and repeatedly use the transparent substrate.

As the calculated results combine the sampled values of the acceleration and angular velocity of the measurement site, the accuracy of the calculated results is higher. Moreover, the measurement combines an acceleration sensor and an angular velocity sensor or a speed sensor and an angular velocity sensor, so that the apparatus for measuring muscle relaxation can be placed in any position of the measurement site without influencing the accuracy of the measured results.
