The present invention provides a reagent and method for detecting a replication-competent lentivirus (RCL) by fluorescence quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (PCR). In particular, the present invention provides a primer and probe combination for detecting RCL, and a method for performing detection using said primer and probe; the present invention also provides a reagent kit comprising said primer and probe. The primer and probe combination of the present invention detects RCL with high amplification efficiency and good specificity, and can be used for RCL detection and RCL monitoring of clinical patient peripheral blood samples which may occur during a production process.

A computer-implemented method for performing natural language-based data integration includes causing execution of a data integration application on a remote device via a network and causing surfacing of a GUI corresponding to the data integration application on a display of the remote device. The method includes receiving, via the GUI, a natural language input representing a data integration task, generating, via an LLM, a set of ordered activities corresponding to the data integration task represented by the natural language input, and selecting, via the LLM, one or more APIs for performing each activity within the set of ordered activities. The method also includes generating a data pipeline based on the set of ordered activities and the API(s) for performing each activity, as well as back-translating the data pipeline to a desired data format for execution by the data integration application.

Aqueous-based release coating compositions are disclosed. The disclosed aqueous-based release coating compositions are particularly suitable for use with pressure sensitive adhesives. In some embodiments, the aqueous-based release coating compositions include (A) a vinyl-based emulsion copolymer comprising a copolymerizable acid monomer, (B) a silicone-based emulsion comprising a mixture of amine-, polyol-functional siloxane and epoxy-, glycol-functional siloxane, and (C) a polymeric dispersant comprising an acid functional group. In some embodiments, the weight ratio of silicone-based emulsion (B) to polymeric dispersant (C) in the aqueous-based release coating compositions is from 2:1 to 3:1. The disclosed release coating compositions are suitable for use in, inter alia, tape applications.

A kit for the prognosis of colorectal cancer, which includes reagents related in detecting the expression level of any one or more genes of the following five genes: BST1, as shown in SEQ ID NO:1; MGST1, as shown in SEQ ID NO:2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 or 10; HP, as shown in SEQ ID NO:11 or 12; RCAN3, as shown in SEQ ID NO:13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21 or 22; and SRA1, as shown in SEQ ID NO:23 or 24. Said method for detecting a duplicate address comprises: the mobile station sends a request message to the first network element; the first network element generates and sends a first message to the mobile station upon reception of said request message, said first message designating an explicit address configuration and including prefix information; the mobile station checks out the explicit address configuration, generates an address based on said prefix information and sends a message containing the generated address to the first network element for indicating that the mobile station requires registering the generated address with the first network element; and the first network element creates an entry for the mobile station if the generated address is not found in its address table, or generates and sends a second message to the mobile station for indicating that the generated address is a duplicate address if it is found in its address table and discards data packets with the duplicate address sent from the mobile station.
