The present invention provides an LED lighting device and a method for determining an operation time of the LED lighting device. The LED lighting device includes an LED module configured to emit light; an LED driver configured to supply power and drive the LED module; a micro controller unit (MCU) module that is connected to the LED driver and configured to measure an operation time of the LED lighting device; a display module that is connected to the MCU module and configured to receive the operation time sent from the MCU module and display the operation time; and a power supply module configured to supply power to the MCU module and the display module.

LED lighting device and a method to verify its lifespan

The present disclosure provides a light-emitting diode (LED) lighting device. The LED lighting device includes a lamp base, a glass shell, a heat-dissipating cup, a driving power source, an LED light source module, and an optical portion. The LED light source module, the heat-dissipating cup, and the driving power source are arranged from top to bottom inside the glass shell. A top portion of the glass shell is connected to the optical portion and a bottom portion of the glass shell is connected to the lamp base. The heat-dissipating cup faces upwardly and an outer sidewall of the heat-dissipating cup forms a close contact with an inner sidewall of the glass shell. The LED light source module is fixed within the heat-dissipating cup. The driving power source is positioned under the heat-dissipating cup and a space is formed between the driving power source and the heat-dissipating cup.

Highly efficient heat-dissipating light-emitting diode lighting device

LED lighting devices and fabrication methods are provided. An LED lighting device includes a heat dissipation lamp cup including a hollow structure, a driving power supply casing socket configured within the heat dissipation lamp cup to form a ventilation gap between the driving power source casing and an inner wall of the heat dissipation lamp cup, and a lamp holder configured on top of the heat dissipation lamp cup. The lamp holder includes one or more sidewalls forming a ventilation channel passing through the lamp holder. The ventilation channel is connected to the ventilation gap for air circulation. The LED lighting device also includes a substrate configured on an outer surface of each of the one or more sidewalls of the lamp holder and a plurality of LED light sources mounted on the substrate.

A LED illumination device and validation methodology of LED illumination device's lifespan, comprises a controller, timing chip and low-voltage DC power supply, the controller is connected to the display terminal, the timing chip is positioned inside the LED illumination device, so as to get real-time recording of the operating time of the LED illumination device which is transmitted to the display terminal for display; meanwhile, a light sensor is placed in the luminous zone to obtain luminosity data so as to measure real-time luminous maintenance rate. When the measured luminous maintenance rate gets lower than the luminous maintenance rate predetermined for critical lifespan, the operating time recorded by the LED illumination device at this moment is the lifespan of this LED illumination device.

The present invention discloses a tower-shaped LED module that comprises a base, at least three LED panels mounted on the base and a bracket used to support the LED panels, wherein the LED panels are fixed on the bracket to form a pyramid. The present invention solves the traditional problem of the LED panels not secured firmly or shifting around easily. To fix the LED panels on the designed bracket, first slide each LED panel upward into sliding slots. Then insert each electrode pin of the LED panels into a corresponding pin hole in the base. Next put a screw though the base and fasten it to a supporting rod. At last solder the electrode pins of the LED panels to a printed circuit board on the bottom surface of the base. The whole assembly process is very simple and the assembled LED panels have good stability.
